I come here seeking refuge from the likes of Discord where communities are whisked away and fragmented behind private servers and Reddit which lacks that personal touch. Forums are the last bastion of the old internet where community might yet live on. How you became a fan of My Little Pony The darkest of days, July 31st 2011. Old forum was inundated with ponies and I watched out of curiosity, I quickly found myself enthralled by these little ponies and the excellent storytelling. A light in that ever growing darkness of the time, it provided what little else could as everything shattered around me. Indeed, times are better now and while I do not consider myself a "Brony" anymore - not for a long time - the ponies never left the mind. Anyways, not sure what else to add here so I'll leave it at that.
