Killer Is Dead. I usually like Suda51 games, his games are almost always known for being very weird(though usually in a fun and endearing way), but that game was a bit too out there even by his standards

For all out madness GMod is the weirdest game I've played, nothing quite compares to the rabbit hole that is GMod Sandbox mode...

 

For a weird story game, one called Maize appeared in my Steam library some years back and I played it, can't remember a whole lot about it now except talking corn and an angry robot bear called Vladdy.

A few years ago when my Xbox 360 worked, I would play Goat Simulator. It was so fun, but very chaotic and I loved to cause mayhem there. Quite the strange game, but it was very enjoyable and it's a huge part of my childhood.

LSD: Dream Emulator.
Very surreal exploration game which lets you walk around a dream. You never knew where you could end up or what you would encounter.

Probably The Stanley Parable? Super fun game though, leaves a big impact on you despite not being long at all, very meta and 4th wall breaking. Fun fact of the day is that the developer of The Stanley Parable (Davey Wreden) is the brother of relatively famous streamer DougDoug (Douglas Wreden).

While I didn't play it (I watched ManlyBadassHero play it on YT) Employee of The Month is also another really good, but weird game. Perfect amount of weird surrealism mixed with well hitting comedy and then topped off with great PS1 era graphics.
