Need help developing a more in depth backstory for my OC!

Haiii, I hope it will let me share him and some of his backstory: Link to char! 
I don’t really know what kind of depth to give him… he is my first MLP OC and any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I’m not quite sure how I should build him more, but I have a feeling I should also make more OC’s so it can all tie together and make sense! 
I love writing characters, I just don’t really know how to write one for a pony…

Maybe one day if they were at a movie library and they both were picking out a Halloween movie

That could be cute! What other ideas do you have for them to bond?

I think Bubbling Shine would be interested in her style. He likes cute colors, so he would definitely love her fashion. He is a bit shy though, maybe they could meet by running into each other on the street. He would compliment her, and maybe he picked up a book on horror or monsters while she just came back from buying a Halloween DVD.

There's a lot of potential!!

In my head, I have terrible writer's block that keeps me from writing most things I make on paper.

Multiple for Hello Neighbor (Yeah, for the broken glitched game, lol)

Rascal is in a band called the Rockin Zoo Crew

The rabbit is actually my version of Glamrock Bonnie, technically an OC 

The third pic is of Rascal and his bandmates

And the last one is an old animatronic from said bands pizzeria, but he went crazy.

Ahhh I love them! Theyre all so unique, I looove the name Rockin Zoo Crew! How old are these oCs?
