Need help developing a more in depth backstory for my OC!

It's hard to pinpoint them all but most was 2021 era! Some of them do, but others exist to exist.

LOL nahh thats most of my OCs too, just kind of hanging out in a void where I draw them but they have no real story. That's like Bubbling Shine currently

I think your character is quite nice. What parts of him do you want to develop? For me, I usually develop my characters by roleplaying them with friends. I find it helpful to figure out what they should be like when I write them out in a roleplay.

Thanks, uhhh idrk tbh I just feel like he has no backstory at all, so he kind of needs to have more depth added to him :3 He only has a barebones background, so I kind of want to develop some more lore for him!

Hmm, well um, maybe I could look over your backstory and ask questions about it? And then we could discuss ways to fill it in together?

So looking over your backstory, you mentioned that he was born in Manehattan but then moved to Canterlot as a foal. Is there a specific reason why this happened? Is it based on what you experienced as a child? 

It seems like Bubbling Shine discovering the creature during his childhood is an important part of his backstory. Can he communicate with this creature? Are they still friends? What happened to this creature?

BTW, if you want to roleplay, I'm always up for that as well. I love roleplaying!

I would say he moved to Canterlot due to his parents switching jobs!

The creature during his childhood is a one-sided communication where he can speak to the creature and the monster understands but the creature itself cannot talk back. I think he still visit him and give him gifts due to his compassion for beasts!!

Hmm, maybe if you want to develop Bubbling's backstory, you could talk more about what he does with monsters and other creatures? Maybe you could mention if there is something specific that he wants to learn about them?
