Obviously, there is no way she would have papers with the words "Qualifications" on them if she were not one. Your honour, if I may, I did notice something of interest. Specifically, the previous conversation being held in this courtroom. It was deemed off-topic, but I think it is more important than any of us realised. Music to set the tone, once again: Reveal hidden contents I quote: The plaintiff's reaction here shows us that she had a fairly coherent understanding of the discussion taking place. It's a bit odd considering that all she could do previously was yell out random words and attempt to perform sick wheelchair wheelies. Punching the table would be a fair reaction considering the context and if I were Ms. Wizard, I could also see myself having a knee-jerk response like that. However, I do not have brain damage. Let's look at this from a different angle: If someone were to fake brain damage, they could just act crazy and fool everyone with relative ease. However, if something were to trigger a response from a set of intense emotions -- anger, sadness, joy -- it would be very easy for the faker's mask to slip. See what I'm trying to say here? Let's not forget that it was a reaction for being cheated on with the law. An undamaged brain would probably dismiss that thought right away. What does the doctor @ExplosionMare and the prosecution @Lawyer Slip think about it?

Uh actually your honor I think it's my turn to make a confession. See, my client has been disruptive to this court for quite some time now, so in order to prevent this from spiralling out of control, I've been slowly healing her to ease my own headache from all of this. I also probably should've mentioned I have healing powers 2

Having an intense emotional reaction wouldn't be faking! That would be completely normal to someone who's brain damaged! Look, I'm the doctor, so I'll comment on the diagnosis, ok? 1

Well, I put my hoof up to the injury or relative area of it and convert my healing factor into healing powers which are then placed/used onto the injury or relative area of the injury and the subject is healed at whatever pace I heal them at. I can't do it for more than an hour because otherwise I'll pass out. My healing factor always remains intact while doing this by the way. 1

Iridescent Edge 271 Sunday at 11:57 AM Share Sunday at 11:57 AM (edited) You see, I have some evidence that says that the defendant is apparently related to Cthulhu. “How is this relevant?,” you may be asking? Well, I would not put it past an eldritch horror’s abilities to telepathically inflict brain damage. So, if she has communications with them, or has these abilities herself as an eldritch demigod, then that could be how the plaintiff sustained brain damage.
