(http://twitter.com/#!/heyoceanband/) you could try asking them. Additionally if you go to one of their concerts you can talk to her there. Her band's website is http://www.loveheyocean.com/ and you can again try to get more info/contact them. Her voice actor agency is http://www.llatalent.com/ you could try asking them although if it isn't a commercial project they probably won't help you at all. She doesn't appear to have a social network open to the public which means the probability of you actually getting a response from her, without going to a con she is at or one of her concerts, is relatively low.
