I think she'll end up being my new OC I named her Sunny Breeze.

 

Feedback on what I could work on for next time?

It isn't too bad, but there are some things you could certainly improve on. For one, the right eye is derped and it kinda makes it look awkward. I also think it could be better if you made the head less round and more head-shaped. I'd recommend using these guides: http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/01/pony-drawing-guides.html but adding your own style to it. Good luck.
