Yeah, I made this a couple weeks ago. It was mostly an experiment so there are plenty of things wrong with it.

I hate when someone makes a great art piece, says that it sucks, but it being something I could never do. This is really good. I also have no idea on how you created it. Good job though. I'm going to use it.

I didn't say it sucks, in fact I'm quite proud of some of the effects I was able to accomplish. I merely said there is plenty wrong with it.

 

The lighting effects on the spikes aren't great and I don't like how they just drop off the edge of the picture. However, by the time I wanted to add some sort of base, I found I would have had to redo the beam.

Well I was saying it in general. Also, though the lighting may be off, it is highly unnoticeable.

It looks awesome! I love these kind of wallpapers. For some reason it looks like it has low quality.. Maybe my eyes are weird today, idk.

Even after downloading from dA? DA previews tend to be kind of low quality.

 

Might also be some of the blurs, such as the letters (I didn't like the hard edges).

Yes. It is good quality but.. For some reason I expected even better quality x)
