sᴜᴍᴍoɴᴇᴅ 55 July 18, 2012 Share July 18, 2012 This is wonderful. It would be nice if we can have a pixel portrait of our most beautiful queen in Equestia: Queen Chrysalis! From the depths We are summoned To consume ♥
Pix3M 607 July 18, 2012 Author Share July 18, 2012 I would be happy to make a comission, but I have no idea how to transfer the money. I have a bank account, but no Paypal, credit card, or debit card. I have a paypal set up, so yeah, if you ever commission me in the future, that is how money would be transferred. It might be possible. How much are we talking? Frayed Logic | Wits End | Light Eye

At least $10 USD, possibly more as I don't even know how hard I'll be flooded once I open them back up after I make one last one for Rainbow Dash My deviantArt page

I don't even know how much time it takes to make bigger stuff. I think I'm gonna stay working smaller scale for a bit and keep making avatars as pixel art is one of the more time-consuming forms of digital art. Pix3M 607 July 18, 2012 Author Share July 18, 2012 (edited) You work is AMAZING!Just AMAZING did you use MC paint? I did not use MS paint for these. I use a different program called graphicsgale, which is basically MS paint with animation frames (each coming with their own set of layers), better support for restricted color palettes plus alpha channel, and customizable keyboard shortcuts. I work much faster with that than MS paint. Edited July 18, 2012 by PixMeister 1 My deviantArt page

Kind of funny as I've already made one (you can dig into my dA if you wanna see). I don't think I'd mind making multiple ones for the same pony with different expressions though in case the expression I went for isn't something you want. Hazardus_Havard. 479 July 18, 2012 Share July 18, 2012 God all mighty do I hate using pixelated work myself. But seriously this is well above what I'd expect to see when someone states their work as "pixel" It's good you kept it small too, any larger and there would be much more work to make it appear as smooth as you did here albeit pixels are not smooth. On a different say, I think that Pinkie's ear that's predominately shown should be a bit higher. Other than that, this is nice. I can imagine the other four from the mane six being done by you as well, but I'd actually like to see Octavia done like this. I can picture that being enjoyable to do and for people to look at. Practice makes perfect; but if nobody's perfect, why practice? http://hazardus-havard.deviantart.com/ Art http://www.fimfiction.net/story/70801/an-alien-walks-amongst-us Story

Feeling a little iffy on the composition of that example though. Think I could get away with tilting the head just a bit if I ever get started? Oh yes, that would be perfectly fine. I agree that if the head isn't tilted or something else done to offset the rest of the picture, it won't look right as a standalone image. I was kind of thinking of a combination between these two images, and possibly even the "starry-eyed" thing if it wouldn't look tacky: Ignore the toast joke.
