Most people upload there pictures to a image gallery website, such as Deviant Art or Photobucket. From there they upload there images to a site like this on the BBC code (Picture related)

You could also attach files to a post like in these forums through the more options action button near the reply button.

I'm pretty sure he's confused as to how to get your pictures onto the computer.

For that, you need a scanner or a camera.

Objection! Hold it! Take that! Gotcha! Eureka!

I like video games and anime.

one more thing i should probably add. i dont own a computer... everything i do is done on my ps3 web browser

No computer? Okay. Try this. Only way that seems probable of working without anything going wrong. Just take a camera or any other device that takes pictures like a cellphone and take a picture of your work. REMEMBER!!!! ---> Make sure the image is in a well lit area with no shadows hitting the image before you take the picture; it'll ruin the quality overall. If you can, try hanging it on a wall and then directing a light source on it.

After you take the images, take a USB cord (you should have one if you own a PS3) and hook up your device to the PS3. Transfer the image over and then use them to your liking. And once again, to post these images to websites, just look at my post up above.

only problem is that all the cameras ive tried arent compatible with my ps3.. so i had an idea i take the picture how you said , have someone upload to their computer and put on usb flash drive and then hookup to my ps3

Then all you have to decide is where to put it on the web. Personally, I prefer DeviantArt. Lots of communities there and a very simple way to put your pictures up.
