I usually don't need help with software since I teach myself but I need help with Adobe After Effects, I can't seem to understand how to work it and even typing I feel like a older person.

I'm jealous that you have adobe AE Go on youtube and keep searching for the exact problem you are having. that's what I do when i have a software issue. Sorry I can't be more specific for you.

Video Copilot has everything AE-related. They even have some plug-ins, composition presets and whatnot. T'is a very useful site.
