How do i make my oc?

So, how do i make my pony oc? i mean, i used pony creator already (like everyone), but i see better maked ones, like this ones:

 

Ive seen somewhere people who makes their oc by request, but i cant find any! some say that i use photoshop, but, i havent found it, only in the official site, and the demo (just a demo) takes like 6 hours to download, some say i should print my oc and use as a reference, so should i make it by hand? Ask somebody to draw it for me? Because i cant even draw the head right!

(the oc belongs to their owner and blah, blah...)

Well the most people draw their OCs themselves or request their OC drawings on Deviantart.

 

Do you have an OC made by the Pony Creator? I could maybe make a vector for it if you want to

Well on the basic level you can learn how to vector and then use a canon pony as a reference to "trace" over.

Other than that, you either have to learn how to art or have money to commission people to make it for you, or find generous artists who will do it for free.

It just takes practice and patience, a lot of it. As to what you should do, is whatever you're more comfortable with. For me I'm more comfortable with pencil and pen, and if I ever do use a paint program it's PaintToolSAI, pretty decent program and easy to use, and pretty cheep as well. And if you're too busy to draw one for yourself but have a reference of what you want you could always post on Creative Resources and see if anyone would willingly do it for you.

That's because they have drawn there OC's their self

It takes alot of time to become a good drawer at the pony anatomy, if you dont want to draw it yourself, make a thread asking some one else to draw it for you

Well i got this one, if you were so kind... (btw please dont make the cutie mark, leave it as a blank flank, that's not the cutie mark i wanna give him) I wanted to make this guy a unicorn , cause it's a gamer, but i din't liked the horns of pony maker, so if you could give him a decent one... (maybe im asking too much, but i would really appreciate it)

I don't want to sound rude but I can't make it then. I just wanted to see if it was an oc that had the shape of another in-show pony. Because then I could just have done the thing Doctor XFizzle here mentioned. But this oc is too customized, sorry I can't make it. Too hard :C

Oh, sorry, yeah it's too customized, what i really need it's the pony itself.

Oh, even if i hate when people make alicorn oc's, i'll make mine an alicorn, i really like how it looks (also changed my mind about colors):

The DeviantART ponymaker is much better at making custom designs and poses. I would recommend that you check that out. That's how I got my OC pony's design.
