Jaide turned to the mare that came over. "Oh no, I'm okay now," she told her. "Thank you anyways," Jaide clutched her sack that she was carrying to her chest in an akward position. "My, I didn't think i would get that much attention,"

 

"At least you're not a celebrity. You sneeze, and the whole world knows."

Martin: "So what are you doing here?"

 

Krystal: "Well it may sound cliche, but I was in the neighborhood" Krystal said with a shrug

 

Martin: "So what do you want to do while you're here?" Martin said as he trotted over to his wall of assorted beverages

 

Krystal: "How should I know? You live here?" She pointed out

 

Martin: He poured himself a glass of cider and then another for Krystal "We could go to the museum, the park, tour the palace, I think the Wonderbolts will be performing this evening..." he trailed off as he took a sip of his drink

 

Krystal: She took the glass "Oh, I just wanted to check out the city if that's alright with you?"

"Oh, uh.. Sorry... I can't find much friends here, it's not like Baltimare." He said, slowly getting quieter. He turned his attention to the actor pony next to her and his face lit up. "Are you Star?!?" He said excitedly. "Oh man, I've seen all of your movies, I-" Suddenly, he realized how much of a fangirl he was being and stopped talking.

"You do have a point there," Jaide said as she slightly laughed. She scooted away a bit and accidently bumped into Tune Twist. "Oh sorry! I didn't see you there!" she said. "Um, Vinyl.. May I ask you a question?"

"Where did you get that beautiful dress? I really like it and I was wondering where I could get it. You see, I don't usually fit in in places and in Canterlot there's so many elegant people. And I thought maybe if I had a pretty dress I mi- oops sorry. Too much backstory," Jaide laughed.

"It's alright, everypony can be a little clumsy." hearing the fan, Star turned her head towards the stallion, "Oh, so you're a fan? It's nice to meet you." she held her hoof out for a hoofshake.

 

Tune realized that Star didn't mind him, and his face got bright again and he accepted the hoofshake excitedly. "Oh, the pleasure is mine. I'm a huge fan of all the movies you have been in. What are you filming right now?" He asked.

"Do you know where I might be able to get a dress? All I really have is a scarf and sunglasses,"

Martin: "Yeah, sure, whatever you want. But not right now" he checked the clock on the wall "I've got a conference meeting with the stockholders in five minutes, but after that we can do whatever you want" he put down his glass and trotted out the room "Why didn't I just buy there stocks years ago...?" he mumbled to himselft as he left.

"Actually, I think there's a dress boutique a couple of blocks that way," she pointed with her hoof, "Would you like me to take you there? You might be able to get a better deal."

"Would I!?" Jaide shouted at the top of her longs. Jaide notices that some ponies turn to look at her. Jaide cowards down and replies, "Yes, I would love to go,"

 

Vinyl laughed a bit at the pony's reaction. "Would you like to walk or teleport?"

"Teleport?" Jaide said puzzled. She has never actually teleported being a pegasus and all. "Sure I would like to teleport. Never actually done it. And I think it would be a bit faster," She looked over at Tune and said, "Thanks, for helping me up. Really appreciated it," Jaide turns back to Vinyl and nods.

"Oh sure, anytime. Bye!" Said Tune, with a much happier tone to his voice than he had before the recent events.

"Teleport?" Jaide said puzzled. She has never actually teleported being a pegasus and all. "Sure I would like to teleport. Never actually done it. And I think it would be a bit faster,"

 

"Ok, here we go." Vinyl teleported them right outside the boutique.

"Whoah. That was fast. Faster than I have imagined," Jaide stepped into the boutique and looked around. "Looks really classy in here," she said amazed. "Wondor what things I could get here," Jaide said.

Tune Twist watched in awe as the two ponies teleported away to their destination. "Man, she must be great at magic." He said to Star. "I would never be able to pull that off, I only know how to carry my headphones and press the pause button on my MP3 player with my magic."

Star could hear director calling out to her, and she had to leave the group of ponies she recently met. "I hope we'll eachother around some time!" she smiled, and trotted off towards the director, who was ready to give some of his compliments and criticizm about her acting.

"You too! See ya around!" Tune Twist said with a happiness swirling around inside of him. He had finally made friends. Real friends, unlike the ones he never met. He began trotting home, the sun right above him, a new found confidence in his head, ready to make more friends, now that he knew how. He was so excited about this that he forgot that he left his MP3 Player and headphones on the bench.

Jaide looked around the store and found a purple-ish and pink-ish dress. She admired it and saw how wonderfully it gleamed. "Not too poofy, not to tight. Seems perfect but I'll keep looking for more dresses," she said.

Nightfall had been walking down the street when he saw a poster on the ground. Before it blew away, he noticed something about Vinyl Blade and saw a picture of a pretty mare. He recognized it as the one from the bench. He kept walking and saw Vinyl walk into a dress boutique. He sighed and kept walking down towards the Royal Canterlot Gardens.

"Gold Dust? Who's that?" Jaide responded as she tried to put the dresses that she knocked over back on their rack.

Krystal looked around the room, wondering what to do. She trotted around while sipping from her glass of cider. His bookshelf didn't have anything interesting and was covered in a thin film of dust. She was debating whether or not to help herself to his bar. He had some of the most expensive bottles of cider she'd ever seen; there were sparkling, alcholic, and regular brandshe d but she decided against it.

 

Eventually she found herself staring out his window looking accross Equestria. She'd seen Equestria from a high view before, growing up in Cloudsdayle and usually spending her nights falling asleep on a cloud during her travels across Equestria, but never like this. The sun was still rising and the mountains cast shadows that magnified the magnificence of the valley ten fold. Canterlot definatly had the best view in Equestria.

Tune Twist kept walking down the street, wanting to make more friends. He noticed the deep blue alicorn from the bench earlier walking towards the gardens. He saw him glance at that royal from earlier and Jaide in a boutique. Tune walked up to him and tried to comfort his clearly sorrowful face. "She's beautiful, isn't she?" He asked, looking back at Vinyl with her bright dress back at the boutique as he walked next to the stallion.
