How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: The pretty colors and big eyes of Fluttershy Hey Hey, Long story short, I produce music, have for a few years now. Randomly found some pony images online realized they went lovely with how I produce music ( I see pretty colors, its a odd tale) . Anyways started to watch the show, and that was that Anyways, I have a cool music project planed but I could use some help figuring out what clips/ samples to use ! There are just SO many on youtube, I was hoping a few of you could point me in the right direction of some super popular clips I could sample. IE Fluttershy's YAY cheer I'm hoping to take a bunch of clips/ samples 10-20 and make something super fun Much thanks for your helps ! Well the second part about music samples could technically be its own thread in the Art sections of the forums (if there isn't one already, I don't tread there often). But you're fine! --- So welcome to MLP Forums! I'm sure you'll like it hear, after all it has had me hooked since November of last year! So, you produce music? Interesting. I'm not sure how many around here we have that are seriously into producing music, but we certainly have tons of people who love music who could help you out! I personally have tried music before, but... guess its something I'd DEFINITELY need a lot of practice towards! --- If its Pony Music you want to get samples for I'd really recommend just re-watching a favorite episode and just try to pinpoint a certain quote or sound you think would make an ideal sample. I really don't have any particular in mind yet, but I'll come back if I think of any! --- And welcome! Have a nice stay! NyonPony 0 August 13, 2012 Author Share August 13, 2012 Thanks for the warm welcome all Who ever wants to add me as a friend feel free to do so, as I plan to check in here once a day or so and see whats going on . I am so confused why people are crossing out stuff in their posts lol I have a lot to learn. But anyways yea, I will go and watch some shows and pull out my own samples ( and try not to use 20 of Fluttershys ha ) . I've only watched like 5 shows honestly, I liked the images on the web for a longggggggg time now, the memes made me happy and laugh. I always thought people would go uhhhhh wtf is that pony stuff, till I realized, lots of other people liked it as well. All is well in the world " yay". My music, is well..a work in progress, though Ive been doing it for years, its taken years to make anything worth while and IMO I still haven't But alas my goal is to take 80's synth pop, Madeon style stuff, and then put a more modern twist on it. Lets call it happy Electro house . The show, the colors, the happyness , EVERYTHING, is what I want to express in my music, but in a dance / club sorta way. Most likely why I love the show so much, it goes amazing with the stuff in my head If anyone wants to know my artist name, just message me.
