What about the other Cities in Equestria

If you seen the new canon map of Equestria, what about other cities we only hear about? Will we get more stories of these towns and their function of their role of Equestria... What do they provide for the rest of Equestria.

 

also what about Celestia, does she handle all administrative duties or is there a royal council that handles states or divisions of the nation?

"Celestia is the ruler of all Equestria" That pretty much sums it all up. Celestia is like a president. A permenant one though. There might be some royal councils that help Celestia in her duties. Seeing that Ponyville has a mayor, other places may have mayors and councils too.

@@PegasisterTaco, Ya I don't think Celestia handles everything... that be overwhelming, and very stressful if all the problems where directed to her all the time. I believe a council system is in place that helps divide power and responsibilities to subjects all over Equestria.

The governors in the area's probably take care of most of the problems. Think about it Ponyville had to repair their own Government building.

I like to think that Celestia and Luna are two very powerful goddesses. This would make since because they created the Elements of Harmony to combat discord and began a new age of peace for all ponies. So I think that Celestia and Luna rule all of Equesrtia together raising the sun and moon every day and night with no help from other ponies.

Eeyup. Imagine if all the problems were mentioned to her and she was expected to solve everything right away. Stressful for her isn't it? Luna might help Celestia in some things but we can't be too sure. So Celestia must have some council to help her with her duties.

A lot of them are going to remain by name only, and we'll probably never see them. As adventurous as ponies get, they don't go and have entire episodes in other cities; and even when they do, they can't do it for every single one. As for Celestia, I can imagine she stands as the figurehead, now with Luna as well like it was supposed to be from the start, but also takes consideration from advisers of hers as well as any lower officials, like mayors.

Celestia and Luna rule all of Equestria, although the mayors (if they are all called that) of each town probably do most of what needs to be done for that particular town. So I guess you could say Celestia and Luna rule it as a whole, like if theirs an event that effects the whole of Equestria they take action. If it just effects a smaller part of Equestria like say a town she will probably let the city leaders work on that.

From what I saw from the map and the preview we are going to look at another kingdom. So I do hope we get to look at a new town or city. The only thing I don't want to see is another town with a western theme. They have done that 2 many times.
