Luminous walked into the room late due to a delay around the castle side. She was unsure if she missed anything important. She didn't want to blow her chances at the expedition just as she got registered.

"Hello!? Oh i'm terribly sorry! I know i arrived late but i'm here now!"

So I decided to follow the commotion and checked on what was happening, upon arriving, I merely responded with "What in Tatarus is going on over here" I prepared myself for any crap that might happen, looking at the unicorn who trotted in front of me I said "It's alright, I'm late too."

"Thanks Mach, call on me sometime you need anything, I owe you double,"

 

Emerald was still in slight shock, having been magically ensnared by the goddess of the sun being quite a traumatic experience.

He looked around at the assembled group, noting the new arrival...

 

'Not sure about that one....But then...I'm not sure about myself either, so.....Meh, I'm sure it'll all be fine,'

 

"Um, J, yeah, I think I'll listen to you in the future, I think being so rash isn't gonna be too healthy out there. Trolly, now you're conscious, basically, I was stupid, you guys saved my flank, you got hurt....An' I'm sorry about that."

 

He drew himself up slightly, making sure he had full attention, then,

 

"Right then ponies, I've met most of you, I've seen two or three of you a lot, I admire all of you, especially your suicidal bravery. As the princess said, we need to shift out an' be ready to teleport soon, so I propose that we all head to the city market, sure, there are supplies there, but they won't be perfect...I recommend using these, buy some kit, food, whatever you need, be back here at perfect sunset though,"

 

As he said that, he threw out several pouches from inside his jacket, full of bits, to each of the assembly, then, turning to the princess, he threw a slightly larger bag to her,

 

"It's a little thank-you for your kind consideration, my princess."

 

Then he concentrated, and, in a burst of green-tinted energy, disappeared,

And reappeared by the doorway, muttering,

 

"I'll get it right one day...Jus' see."

 

With that, he left, heading for the Canterlot market place.

Mach looked at the pouch. Sweeeet! Bits, full of bits! She knew what she needed, but first she needed her saddlebags. Quickly, she dashed toward her home that was right next to Canterlot [inside a mountain, right in the middle of Canterlot/Cloudsdale]. She hoped inside and grabbed a rain cloud, storm cloud, and a normal cloud. And her saddlebags. She quickly stuffed the clouds into their appropriate spots in her saddlebag, and dashed toward the Canterlot Market Place. First thing to get was aerial gear, and she knew just the place...Dunkin's Devastating Dinks.

Jacob went into town and using the bits the princess gave him to buy a magical dagger, that set's anything he stabbed or slashed on fire. He also bought some food and supplies. He then returned to the castle to wait for the others.

 

(OOC: Shardikku I read your post in the ooc, Im not sure about anyone else but i feel like the roleplay is advancing kinda slow, I think that after everyone posts about what the got in town we should teleport straight to the reaserch facility. ps your doing pretty good as DM considering it's your first.)

Trolly went to the armor shop.She got some armor then went to the medical shop.

She got pills,bandages,medical kit,etc..She went to the castle.She saw Jacob was waiting there.

"Are you waiting for the others?What did you get?".She could see that Jacob was bored.

Using his own, slightly smaller pack of bits, Emerald wandered into a shop, 'exclusively for well-dressed unicorns', well, he had a jacket, that would do.

 

Inside, it was quite dark and somewhat foggy, meaning it was relatively hard to see what was going on in there. He advanced towards what he could tell was the counter,

 

"Excuse me 'keep, but do you have anything useful for an expedition of sorts?"

 

The shopkeeper pony dug out a pair of saddle-packs from behind the till. Inside them was a selection of various first-aid pieces, what appeared to be a tent, a heavy, slightly serrated horse-shoe and a couple of ration packs.

 

"Uh, will this cover it?"

 

He threw several of the bits down. Watching the shopkeeper nod, he picked up the pack in wandered outside,

 

'Well...He was odd....It could of been a she though for all I could see....Ah well, I'm heading pack to the castle, princess'll be waiting, I wonder if everyone else has bought their gi yet..?'

 

Then he wandered off to the castle, noticing from a fair distance off, that Trolly and Jacob were standing there...Looking slightly bored...

 

(OOC: I agree things tend to move a bit slow...Maybe because of my erratic posting or something. Giordano, I think that what you said about shifting things on a load when everyone returns is a idea, I'll follow that. We just gotta wait for a few others now.)

Mach quickly sped up, threw some bits on the counter, swiped some aerial gear and put it all on. Da**, she looked like a warrior now! She went to the weapon shop and got a dagger, the food shop and got some food. She already had a bed [Normal Cloud] shower [Rain Cloud] and sort-of-a-weapon [storm Cloud]. She could do this! She ran to the castle and saw Trolly and Jacob. She loop-the-looped around and WHAM! Landed right next to them. Her gear wasn't all bad either - she had aerial goggles, a blue scarf, armor all around her hooves and such, a weapon belt, and a helmet. She needed to use money from her house to buy the other stuff, mostly because the bits Emerald gave her wasn't enough. She still used the bits and had a few left.

Luminous had taken the bits that Celestia left even though she already had some to spare. Celestia's was just a bonus. Luminous traveled down to the marketplace, but seeing as how she's a unicorn, she doesn't really need anything essential towards Weapon-wise.

She walked to a food market and purchase 2 carrots along with 3 apples and 2 slices of fruit cake, and just in case of an emergency. She packed herself with a first aid kit knowing that anypony or maybe even herself would become injured. With that, she took of her hat for a quick second and wiped her head.

"Come on Lumi. Just take it easy now." She said to herself in enlightenment. With everything she needed gathered she returned into the castle.

Jacob was talking to Trolly. "Yes im waiting for everyone else and it's taking forever... Well I got a magical dagger. It was pretty expensive, it cost most of the bits the princess gave me but it was worth it and with the rest of the money I bought food." Jacob took the receit he had from buying his stuff and slashed it with his new dagger. It burst into flames and turned into ash in a matter of seconds. "Worth every bit... Ah it looks like the others are here."

[Shift 4,275]

"And I got THIS." Mach told Jacob with a chuckle, looping around with her armor head-on.

 

"I got a dagger too...but It cost up most of Celestia's money. So I had to get some money from home to buy this armor. I'm probally only gonna wear the googles...somepony said that if you click this button the armor with go back into a necklace form. Once you click it again it will turn into armor form. The weapon belt and goggles stay. I had to use my own money for the armor. It cost me...what...300 bits?" Mach whistled, clicking her button as it went into necklace form. It looked like a chain, but her goggles and dagger /weapons belt stayed. Mach ripped up her receipt and let it flow into the air.

(OOC: Are we all here now? I think we are....Apart from ZL....I'm not sure. Can we get confirmation please? I know I'm done and so are most of you...Just a last boarding call basically, Thanks in advance. Once I have some confirmation...Or, In a bit, whichever I deem most likely to happen first, we'll all get tele'd over. Thanks for your patience.

 

Emerald strolled up to the mostly assembled group, noting the variety of purchases,

 

'Wow...We've got some interesting packs here.......Seriously? Stormclouds?....They'll have a purpose I guess.....Seems everyone's tooled up, I should go check with the princess...She'd better be ready!'

 

"Ponies....Are we ready to go?.....If we 'port soon, we'll get to the factory limits just after perfect-midnight. This sort of teleport takes a fair while to go through though, so if you're feeling sleepy or anything, sleep while transporting, alright?"

 

He trotted off to find the princess after his little announcement,

 

'I hope everyone was there....If they weren't....Well, maybe they can tag an' chase the teleport spell...? I don't know...Can you even do that - Follow a teleport? It sounds kinda useful....I think I should learn about it...When we get back......'

 

The princess smiled to herself - it had been too long since the last time she effectively exiled a group of almost innocent ponies until they had fulfilled her wishes.

 

"Well, I think they're all back and ready to go...Should I tell them...?....Nah, I want to see their faces when they get teleported without warning. Hehe...It's go time."

 

She concentrated, enveloping herself in yellow light, then, looking out at the expedition team, casted a mass, long-distance teleport spell over them.

 

"Hehe, that never gets old."

Jacob saw that they teleported about 50 milles away from the factory. "Well i think its about time we head to the factory. I would like to get there before it gets dark. Who knows what might come out during the night." Jacob began to walk towards the factory.

"Woah, Uh, I don't feel so good...Uh, I guess my stomach doesn't like teleports..."

 

Emerald began to follow Jacob down a path.

 

"Uh, I'll be back in a sec', I don't think my guts believe in teleportation...Waa!"

 

He ran off into the undergrowth making slight retching sounds.

Trolly moved towards the factory with little steps.She was scared.

"Uhh..."She was moving towards the factory when she saw a shadow.

"OH GOD!!"She fell down.Then she started to laugh.'Why should i be scared of a shadow.'

Then Trolly heard some noises.She covered herself with her wings.She knew she was acting like a coward.

"Uh, hey guys, I'm back..."

 

He wiped his muzzle with a hoof,

 

"Hehe....I'm not teleporting just after eating again, that's for sure...."

 

Emerald looked up at the towering facility, casting it's ominous, silencing shade all around them, they were just about to enter the edge of the shadow.......

 

'I don't like the look of this.....Or the feel....It feels like this shadow is closing in on us.........Like it's stopping us breathing....Nah, can't do that, it's just a shadow....I hope...'

 

He noticed he had fallen behind the group slightly, worriedly, he hurried to catch up,

 

"You ain't leaving me alone in this place....It's creepy..."

Upon seeing them head towards a factory, I leap into the air and begin to fly towards the factory, something seemed off and I was going to find out what was off and how or if I could help in any form of the way.

 

I see the factory coming up so I land down softly and trot towards it.

"So, do you guys really think there'll be ghosts 'n stuff in there, ya know, in the factory?" blurted out an until then, unnoticed passenger on Mach Speed, the sudden noise from his voice cause everypony to look at him, and spooked Mach out from it coming directly behind her.

"Cause, I haven't seen an actual ghost yet, I was just thinkin' it could be a once in a lifetime thing, ya know, just sharin' mah thoughts." he finished and continued to look forward, still sitting on Mach with his hind legs crossed, his front hooves supporting his head. Everypony still looking at him, wondering where he came from.

The group had been walking for a while, getting ever-closer to the foreboding facility. As he looked forward, Emerald noticed a pony standing there, in front of them by a fair distance,

 

"Hey, uh, guys, isn't that the pegasus who followed Lumi at the castle? Maybe he knows this place a bit, oh, an' Mach? You got a little something, uh, someone on you.......You gonna introduce us to your passenger?"

 

Emerald looked up at the pegasus and the hitcher,

 

"Do I know you....From somewhere?...Hmm.............Wait a sec, ghosts? Here? I'm gonna ask that dude over there, ahead of us about that,

"Mmmm?" the earth pony glanced toward Emerald from his "perch", he then rolled off the pegasus, landing on his back hooves, effectively sticking the landing, he then trots alongside Emerald.

"Well, well sport, arn't you the inquisitive one?" he said, smiling out of habit. "Ya, I can see how you would recognize me, I AM one of Celestias' main informants. She might not have seen you coming were it not for me." he glanced toward Trolly and Mach Speed during this reveal.

"I am sorry for her rash action towards you two, the way she lashed out towards... Mach was it? And she didn't even apologize after hitting you," speaking to Trolly, "allow me to apologize in her place, she's just been obsessed with whatever's in that factory up there..." he noticed that the group was coming up closer to the mysterious Pegasus ahead.

"Looks like your up sport, by the way, you can call me, 'Lazy Hawk'." as he ended his sentence they came face to face with the mystery Pegasus.

"Guys we should probably look for an entrance to the facility. " Jacob was curious about this mysterious pegasus. "Hello who are you? Were trying to get inside the factory. If you have any important information, I would like to hear it please. if you dont mind?"
