They might be first attempts, but chances are the artist is a lot more experienced with art than what the thread title suggested. If you are good with referencing, there's probably no way you can horribly mess up with drawing cartoon characters since they're really easy to draw.

Pix3m, I understand you, but I can just promise before I amde them I didn´t draw since I was about 14, I also made one more drawing not long ago, it was a Pinkamena version of Bane from the Batman movie, maybe I should have added it here

I myself love drawing and I am currently going through an art course. Bravo good pony you have great raw talent but maybe touch up on that shading Though so far it looks good. Invest in a decent drawing tablet like a bamboo or something

Well IMO the mane6 are a lot better than your others. From the others you can tell it's your first attempt But the mane 6 portraits are just Awwwwsummm You should draw some more!
