Red was slightly surprised by her openness towards him, "What makes you say that, Sarah?"

Red hadn't yet found out what exactly happened with Draco and his family, he was in for a shock when he would find out........but uuntil then Red had no idea why Draco would want to kill his family whom he had previously presumed dead.

Sarah said slightly"Because we used him to get what we want. I'm ashamed of what I did though my other big brother and parents aren't as ashamed of what they done."Sarah looked so iron Wing"Iron Wing here is your chance to help him I think he needs a woman's touch to help him through this"Sarah said

Iron had the best dream every as she imagined to have an own watchtower within ponyville. It would be awesome as every pony would pay attention to her as a guardian. They would have respect, no pony would laugh at her and she would do some amazing missions with this mysterious forest. Her little dream bubble bursts at the time she was mentioned by Sarah. "Huh? I ... what the... " she was a little confused like everytime she woke up. She looked around, realized where she was and that it was still evening. She looked at the filly and sorted the words Sarah had said.

 

"Hmm... i guess you´re right." Iron agreed with Sarah, while she looked a bit worried. She lay down next to Draco, spreading her wings as wide as she could to cover most of Dracos body. She even offered Sarah a place next to her and Draco. She got as close she could get to warm him with her body heat. After making the place she was laying more comfortable, she snooze a bit. Sarah remembered Iron Wing of her own little sister Dazzling Wing. Iron missed her very much...

Draco opened one of his eyes as he looked at Iron Wing slightly as he went close to her.Sarah laid next Iron Wing giggling innocently as she looked at Draco as he was closer to Iron Wing.Compared to Iron Wing and Draco, she was a small thing her small wings fluttered slightly.

Red was confused, "Sarah? What do you mean you used him to get what you want?" The filly had certainly sparked Red's interest, she carried herself like a child, but spoke like an adult. "What happened to you and the rest of your family? Could you please tell me?" Red then remembered she was still just a child, "I promise I won't be mad if it's anything bad okay?" He added that last part just to be sure Sarah was comfortable.

Sarah said"We told him we wanted to help him with deliveries but in reality we got the 6 mares that are holders of the Elements of Harmony. I was supose to distract brother here because he and big brother Reyo they don't get along to well when i say don't get along well broken wings and jaws around"sarah said slightly sleepily.

Red teleported a pillow and blanket into the air in front of him and gave them to Sarah. "Thank you for telling me, Sarah," Red said compassionately, "If it means anything to you, I think you are a very sweet little filly. Telling me this helps your brother out a lot more than you know. Now off to bed with you, little one." Red gave the filly a playful wink.

Draco's eyes opened slightly he was still tired but he wanted to watch over his friends. He wanted to make sure no one was going to get hurt. but he needed rest his mind, his body, and his soul needed rest"Draco said to himself but also aloud"Even if the morrow is barren of promises

Nothing shall forestall my return

To become the dew that quenches the land

To spare the sands, the seas, the skies

I offer thee this silent sacrifice"

Red began looking around for Draco. He wasn't sure what was going through Draco's head, but he feared the worst. He had to find Draco before he did anything. If Draco died, there was no way Red could forgive himself. Red may not have wanted to have anything to do with Draco a week ago, but now he felt like Draco's brother. And if anything were to happen to him, Red would never forgive himself........

"Draco?" Red called out, "Draco, it's Red. I wanted to make sure you were alright...."

Draco looked to the darkened sky as he looked to the moon and smiled sadly.He beag to say one more verse of the book Loveless but this time out loud for somepony anypony to hear it."My friend, the fates are cruel

There are no dreams, no honor remains

The arrow has left, the bow of the goddess

Hath endured torment, to find the end of the journey

Quietly, but surely"Draco looked at his reflection in the water and saw a black twisted version of him in it.he dipped his hoof into it displacing the water.

Red heard Draco's voice off in the distance and teleported the rest of the way to him. He found him dipping his hoof into a pond with a very upset look on his face. Red went over to him carefully, making sure to keep within his field of view to keep from scaring him, reached out, and hugged Draco as tightly as he could.

Draco smiled when he felt Red hugged him and knew it was the younger stallion"Worried about me Red?"Draco asked touched by this display.Draco laughed as he looked at the younger stallion his smile was that of an older brother."you heard my poem didn't you?"Draco said as he looked to the moon his silver eyes held a strange serenely look to them almost as if he accepted that he might not survive the journey.

"Extremely," Red replied, tears welling up in his eyes, "I was worried you were upset......"

Red looked up at Draco, he saw the look in his eyes. Draco was thinking of the inevitable battle to come, "We're all going to survive Draco," Red told him, "I promise, I won't let any of us get hurt." Red then stuffed his face into Draco's shoulder, "I can't......"

"Red listen to the whole poem of my grandfather's book which is called Loveless"Draco said as he looked to the skyDraco waited for Red to answer him as he looked at the night sky so beautifull and calming to his mind. Draco would have to face his family soon and he would have to end them.

"okay," Red replied. he loved poetry, music was essentially an evolution of poetry. Red was still worried about Draco's expression as he stared at the moon, "What's really on your mind Draco? Tell me, please. I can see that it's eating at you, let me try and help?"

Red was dumbfounded by the poem, "wow.....that would make an interesting song........I'll have to get on that after we finish this....adventure...."

Red then re-focused on his original reason for coming here, "So, about the Elements of Harmony..........what happens if we can't wield them? What will become of us Draco?"

Draco chuckled slightly as he looked at the younger colt"Then we save those mares that can use them after all Ginger Snap is in love with the rainbow one"Draco said and he looked into the water"and I have been hurt by an ex lover when I was younger"Draco said slightly"Sana was her name but she had a dark heart just like my older brother"Draco said"if i have to put down my own family like radib dogs then so be it let my heart be hardened. As I said in the song i sang alittle while ago If I have to die, then die I will

If I have to kill, then blood I'll spill"Draco said with a solemn voice.

Iron Wing sighed as she heard the two colds talking to each other. She nudged Dracos head with her hoove a bit. "Stop that now. You have to recover. Recovering without resting is impossible, so get some sleep. Also, nobody will die if i am here, understood?" she said with a tired but definite voice. She turned to Red. "If we cannot wield the elements of harmony that shouldn´t be a problem. We are here to rescue the mane six ponies and not to do their job. The only thing we do is to look at the situation, free the ponies and, if they are bewitched, get them to their senses."

 

She looked at Draco who had still a sad expression. "Ah, c´mon. Just relax a bit, will ya?" she said and kissed the spot she nudged him a minute ago. Then she lay down, closing her eyes. "Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before..." she whispered.

Red was completely startled by Iron Wings sudden appearance, he cried out an d took off running without even considering the fact that he was submerging himself with each step. By the time he realized this, he was already about a meter deep underwater. He panicked.

"Oh jeez Red stop being such a silly little colt and walked towards my voice"Draco said chuckling as he felt iron wing and shook his head."Maybe, also Red can you take care of Sarah I want to spend some time with Iron Wing"Draco said with a yawn. He wanted to help her when he heard her say that line"Iron Wing you're holding in emotions aren't you?"Draco asked.

Red surfaced, cast a quick spell to dry himself off, then realized he was being spoken to. "I'm sorry what? Did you ask me to tak care of Sarah? I'm sure if she likes me too much......besides, what would we do together? She doesn't seem t interested in music......" Red wasn't sure how to react to this strange request from Draco, the first time Red met Sarah she immediately acted like he was bullying her and now Draco wanted Red to take care of her?

Draco chuckles and said"She likes your music but little siblings tend to think that the older sibing is the all round best you know"Draco laughed to himself"So it's not that she isn't intrested she just thinks that I am just better but honestly your better than I"

"hmmmmm, what sort of genres does she like then because so far what I've tried hasn't gotten a reaction from her at all.....also she acted like I was bullying her when we first met remember?" Red explained, he wasn't trying to talk his way out of this, he just honestly did not understand why Draco chose him of everyone else in the group

Draco laughed"Well she is a filly you know a child so she'll think everyone will be bullying her so don't take it to hard and well she doesn't know yet after all when we were younger I would mostly sing to her lullabyes to help her sleep"Draco said"So it'll be easier for you to introduce her to the different genres"
