writing [Poem] Collection of Thoughts

I need to get some venting out of the way.

Don't mind me.

And no, it doesn't rhyme. The shits I give~

When I'm around you, the stars come alive.

When you're with me, the light shines bright.

When you're away, darkness blankets my mind.

I can feel that I am slowly falling for you, but there is a feeling within my chest.

I'm afraid.

I'm afraid of the past, and I'm afraid of the future.

I want with all of my heart to call you mine.

But the more I want this, the more the fear develops.

The cuts across your skin, the sadness in your heart.

These are the things that made you who you are today.

Yet I cry for you to stop.

I want to be the reason for your happiness.

I want to be your star, and you be my sky.

Your conditions have never bothered me.

I am falling for the woman that stays close in my life.

But the cuts and the pain, the ups and the downs...

I want them to stop.

I'm afraid if I call you mine...

You might take yourself away from me.

Any decision I make will have a consequence.

If I call you mine, will your life be complete?

Or will you push me away?

You and I are so much the same.

Both with the fear within us.

But only time will tell what the road ahead brings.

My only wish is that you stay alive long enough to see it.

 

For I want to see the day where you will be in my arms, and I'm in yours.

The perfect thought within my mind...

I wish to make it happen.

I look into the night sky, and wish upon a star.

I wish for your love, and my own as well.

Maybe my dreams shall come true.

For once, life may turn out nice.

I will spend every cent I have to make sure my dream comes true.

Only if you're ok with it as well.

I don't know what I shall do anymore.

I even wrote a song so long ago, back when this all began.

Back in June, when our paths first crossed.

When we split away, I wrote a song for us both.

I never showed it to you, for fear of your thoughts.

If you look back, I'm sure you will find it.

I've never been able to get my mind off you.

I want you happy.

I want to be your reason to live.

And that is my goal in life.
