It kind of reminds me of myself, never being able to let myself fail a class, even if I'm absolutely horrible at the subject (I guess that colt's a go-getter). I got a good laugh out of it! XDIt's a joke on the Internet, a meme like many others, to say "I think I kinda [noun without verb goes here]". I can't seem to find an example right now, but I remember a picture of GW Bush with the caption "I think I kinda the economy". Thing is, I know why I'm bad at some subjects - it's because I try to assimilate all the info in one sitting, when I should take more time because I'm slower than the other students. The solution is therefore simple in theory: rather than being overly confident and continuing like before, I need to: pay no attention to detail, just comprehend the basics and principles; then manage to fail this year, and be more careful next time. I just need to get myself to put it into practice, hold back my impulse to just go ahead and try my best. But it's hard to restrain myself from making effort. Ironically, it'll take conscious effort to reduce my efforts to be better. O.O I take writing commissions. And I'll get about 3/4 of the way through those collective assignments and pull a Rarity... ...and throw myself on the nearest couch and have this despairing mental breakdown, convinced I'm an absolute failure and can produce nothing better than a pile of horseshit. Then, I proceed to gather myself again, and finish said assignments, shitty or not. By this time it's about 5 am and I've consumed enough caffeine to kill a small dog. BUT YES! The frantically typing pony you drew is excellent, and very relatable, lol. Every pony has a dark side. The most cheerful often have the darkest and saddest secrets of all.
