PonyKorra 35 November 4, 2012 Share November 4, 2012 My two younger brother who are nine and ten love the show and always call themselves bronies. My four year old cousin has never watched the show but she owns the toys and I told her the names of the ponies. My grandma bought her pajamas with Pinkie Pie and Applejack and when I asked her which ponies are on her clothes, she says, "Pinkie Pie and the yellow pony!" She looked at me funny when I burst out laughing. "Just because we like this show does not mean that we are gay, strange, or different in any way. We just have learned to express ourselves and not to judge a book by its cover. We as fans don't care what others have to say because we know that they have never sat down and watched the show and will never understand its awesomeness. It makes all laugh, smile, and it brings people together who will not judge eachother. Its not just a bunch of fans. Its a whole Community."-me
murkyx 904 November 4, 2012 Share November 4, 2012 Two younger siblings, 6 and 11, absolutely love the show. I actually got them to like it by making the show a punishment. (because they were completely put off about the concept of a "little girl's show" ever being appealing) They were fighting one time, so I made them watch an episode. When it was over, they were smiling and watching the next one... And the next one... And the next one... Now they've watched the entire series, and eagerly await Season 3. They're not interested in the brony fandom though... But that's good for now.
