Princess Celestia nodded at both Shade and Yavolin.  "You both should be getting to bed.  We...we may have a long day ahead of us," she said grimly.  She then told one of the royal guards to show every pony to there room, which they went to do immediatly.

Princess Celestia, tiredly, with her head hung ashamed, went up to her room.

The guard lead shade to her room.. Once the guard closed the door, she sighed and walked to the window to look at the sky. There were cotton candy clouds all over the place... She looked at the stars.

 

"Stay in the shadows, stay in the night. Thoes are the only words I remember before I was in the guild. I never really looked at the stars like this... Luna makes a beautiful night"

 

*however, the sky's of chaos will soon rule equestria! But I will miss the beautiful night sky*

Angel Feather followed the guard to her room, her heart beating wildly at the thought of having to...to...murder somepony.  Or some dragon creature thing!  No pony deserves that surely.

She watched the guard close the door.  She went over to the window to stare out at the night sky, tears streaming down her face.

"Maybe when I wake up it will all just have been a dream," she whispered to herself, making sure she still had a voice.

Mystical watched the guard pony close the door of the bedroom.  She looked around the room.  What an odd day its been.  Its nice I met some people, but really, I'm an Element?  Me?  No.  It doesn't seem real.  But it obviously wasn't a dream.  This was reality.

Cold, hard reality.

Sad really.

Rose was shown to her room, and as the door was closed behind her, she thought, "Me, an element! Who would have guessed?" She sounded excited about it. Looking around the room, she saw a vase of flowers, walked up and smelled them. Mmm...

As the guard closed the door behind North, he collapsed on his bed. "Surely there's somepony out there who's more qualified to be an Element of Harmony. Surely there's somepony better than me." He laid on the bed, unsleeping, consumed by his doubts.

Mystical turned the knob of the door, almost surprised it was unlocked.  She looked around at the rows and rows of door lined up around her.  Geez, are all of these rooms occupied?

She tried finding the last door of the row, but gave up quickly.  For all she knew, it was a never ending hallway.

She shrugged and went back to her door.  When she opened it, she was surprised to see a green maned pony in the room.  Wrong room!

Rose jumped, and looked up from the vase of flowers she had been smelling. "Oh, hello." A pony she had not met, but vaguely recognised as another Element stood at the door. "I thought the guards had locked the doors," she said thoughtfully. "I didn't think to test it."

Electro Dash was hopping up and down in exitment, like a little school filly with her first date. "oh my gosh,oh my gosh, oh my gosh! I, a regular pegasus, am actually an element!" She felt more exited than ever.

 

Bright Spark on the other hoof, wasnt exited at all. i meant he would have to both give up his job for a while, and also have to fight.

Yavolin turned towards Celestia."I think i'll help Luna keep watch". Yavolin looked at shade he didn't trust her if discord attacled Celestia then why didn't he attack her as well he had to find to out soon becasue if shade worked with doscord he'll have to find evadance.

"You thought so too!" she said, shrilly, before realizing this pony probably thought she should get out and shut up.  Or, at least, something like that.  "Oh, I mean, really I thought so too.  Erm...sorry, I thought this was my room.  Their so many..." Stop talking. So she listened to her thoughts.

Yavolin went with Luna to keep watch, but he started complie evadance against shade." Luna do you find it strange that shade was with your sister and when discord attacked Celestia he didn't attack shade". Yavolin wanted to know if she thought that  was strange.

Luna looked at Yavolin.  "Who?  That gray pony?  Oh...yes," Luna paused for a moment, thinking.  It was strange...but Discord always did have a thing for trying to embarrass Celestia in front of her little ponies.  But...still.  "Do...you think that pony wasn't an Element?  Or...maybe...on Discord's side?" Luna whispered.

Yavolin didn't know what to say."She could be but i don't have enough evadance to sugest she is and i can't force her to come clean becasue Celestia will step in". Yavolin looked up at the stars and remembered that him and Luna would always set side by side and look up at the night sky together.

Luna smiled at him.  "If you would like, we could always go and ask her.  I wouldn't step in unless things got really bad," Luna said.  She looked up into the beautiful night sky, wondering how she made it so lovely in this time of despair.  She nudged him very gently with the top of her head.

Yavolin looked up with Luna and smiled."You know this takes me back to the gardens were we always had our fun at, you and i will always look up at the stars , but there is something more wonderful then your nights it's you luna your breath taking". Yavolin wanted to get his mind off of discord for awhile.

Shade had gone for a walk... She overhird Luna and yavolim talking...

 

Shade came out of the shadows behind them...

 

"Ask me what? Why would any pony work for discord anyways?"

 

Shade just looked at them waiting to be jumped at

Yavolin looked at shade his mind was once again on discord."You will talk the easy way or the hard way and trust me the hard way isn't much fun, why did discord didn't attack you"? Yavolin came close to shade to seem threating but he wouldn't left a hoof to a mare.

Rose continued to gaze at the pony in her room, who was looking uncomfortable. She laughed a beautiful melody. "Don't worry, I don't mind. I'm not ready to sleep yet anyway. What's your name?" Rose approached the newcomer and held out her hoof to shake. "I'm Rose Petal. If you want, I can try and help you find your room."

Luna turned towards them both.  She looked anything but surprised when Shade appeared from the shadows.  She sat there, waiting for her questions to be answered.  She stared straight at Shade, unspeaking.  I'll see how this turns out.  I mustn't say a word.

Mystical breathed a sigh of relief.  "Oh, yes, please.  I'll be lost all night if I don't get some help," Mystical laughed, shaking the unicorns hoof.

Shade shied backwards

 

"Why didn't he just kill Celestia? Why didn't he kill the legendary 6? (Main six) why dosnt he just kill all of us right now? I don't know... Discord is crazy as is, who knows what he's up to know"

She said in a quiet shy tone

 

Shade knew that he was trying to threaten her... It made her laugh inside

Yavolin knew she was lying."Your lying shade now if you don't want to see the inside of Canterlot jail cell i suggest you come clean before i hand you over to Luna and trust me she won't be as kind as i am". Yavolin had to get the truth for shade and he was just going to do that.

Luna still sat quietly, watching them just as Celestia had taught her to do.

Discord snickered quietly up in a tree, invisible.  He watched them in amusement.

Luna looked towards the tree, then turned back to the argument, having seen nothing.  Discord smiled.

Yavolin knew she wasn't going to talk and he wasn't going to get no where so he backed off of shade. and went towards Luna and wispered."We are geting no were we have to catch her in the act". Yavolin let shade go but he will be watching her a little more closely.

Luna nodded slowly, still staring Shade right in the eye.  But she wasn't as good as Celestia.  She couldn't tell if she was lying or not.  Princess Luna broke the gaze and looked back up at the tree, but immediately looked back down.  It shall be a long night.

Yavolin wanted to get his mind off of his mess so he got an idea that he and Luna will both Love."Luna i know we are keeping watch but there is something that want to give you". Yavolin had a ring his coat pocket which he was going to give Luna he knew Luna had other matters on her mind other then a colt and mare relationship.

Luna turned to Yavolin.  She smiled very softly.  Silly Yavolin.  Whats he up to this time? she wondered.  Luna had been in her banishment for such a long time, all the years that had past weren't enough.  Luna had no idea really.  She knew little about love.  But she knew a little.
