She laughed at the fact in her mind that she was usualy the one to act shy, but this young stallion didn't make her nervous in the slightest. He led Rose to a chair, pulling it back so she could sit down, then took his seat as well. He decided, while they waited for a waiter to come by, that he would take this chance to get to know Rose better, There's gotta be more than a pretty face right?, he thought to himself, "So Rose" he began, "How long have you lived here in Ponyville?" I'll have... water too please, and some hay fries as well, thank you". The waiter left the two to themselves again, "So what do you do around here?" he asked Rose. Rose chuckled as she said this and returned with, "It's a lot more fun than it sounds. I meet a lot of interesting ponies, and I get to be around my favorite plants around the clock, not to mention I am inside most of the time!" The waiter pony arrived with their waters and Clouds hay fries, he had noticed Rose hadnt ordered any food yet, he pushed his plate forward slightly and asked kindly, "Wanna share?" Looking down at the table, she saw the hay fries and said, "Don't mind if I do!" Reaching out with her hoof, Rose grabed a fry and ate it, spitting it back out when she found it to be too hot. I probably need to see what jobs are waiting for me, probably a farmer or two that need a raincloud over their crops... My shop is a block away from here. It's violet, so it is easy to see. Good bye, for now." When she disappeared into the crowd, he sighed, "Wow... today was a great day" he muttered to himself as he left as well. On his way out, he noticed the pegasus again with the broken wings, Now that's gonna bother me all day... being a grounded pegasus is no fun at all, he thought to himself as he left. Sighing heavely, she rushed past the counter to her stairs, leading to her room. She opened the door, and jumped to her bed, enjoying how comfortable it was. He got to work immediately, trying to concentrate at the task at hand, but as he worked, he found himself daydreaming. The whole afternoon, he daydreamed of Rose, her smile, her cute little giggle, the way she blushed, Good day indeed, he thought to himself as he worked.
