Sagitta 93 December 5, 2012 Share December 5, 2012 (edited) I just got myself a Wacom tablet. This is my first time drawing something like this. I thought maybe RD was the best option for someone like me, so here she is.Link to dA: http://sagittaseiei.deviantart.com/#/d5n85vn Edited December 7, 2012 by Sagitta 11 The beauty of a living thing is not the atoms that go into it, but the way those atoms are put together. Dusty Soul 2,614 December 6, 2012 Share December 6, 2012 This is so awesome! The style your did this in is pretty sleek looking. The only thing is that the mouth looks really long for the way we are looking at her.Great job other then that, especially with the shading. Yeah, I thought the same about her mouth but chose to leave it that way in the end. Maybe I'll fix it later. Really nice looking! I really like the style you got going there. It took some time to adapt myself to the device but then I think I fell in love with it. Thank you all for your kind comments. ~Master~ Button Mash 2,308 December 7, 2012 Share December 7, 2012 Love it! Lot's of sharp lines, good shading, a sleek style, and deep colors. Keep it up! On another note, I'm shopping around for a tablet myself, and Wacom is one of the options I'm exploring. What model did you get? Bamboo? How is it so far? Would you recommend it to someone else? I purchased Wacom's Bamboo Create and I admit I've been impressed by it so far. I thought it would be less responsive or possess an inferior sensor mechanism but I've been pleased by its effectiveness. Yeah, I do recommend the Bamboo line of tablets. Silverwisp the Bard 2,354 December 7, 2012 Share December 7, 2012 (edited) Looking good, especially for someone new to the tablet. Absolutely love the colours. *cracks knuckles* -the hindlegs should have the same anatomy -going by standard horse anatomy, the tail should be attached at a steeper angle (about 45°) -the cutiemark should be flipped horizontally -might be a style choice of yours, but the chin seems a bit strong and maybe add a nostril? Fir3Chi3f 20 December 7, 2012 Share December 7, 2012 For a first time, it looks amazing! May I ask if you drew skeleton lines? Any sort of ratio for the eyes to head or head to body? Trying to learn a bit
