[Miss Light Diamond 2,802]

"Cmon Ace, Lets get you and everypony else to the hospital." She said, helping Ace get to his hooves.

Once he had stood up she picked up a couple of the foals and put them on her back, Then she trotted towards the hospital. "Everything's going to be ok now." She said in a comforting voice.

"Jeez well jut like the first time we met eh Rose?" Draco chuckled as he looked at Rose's flank one more. he looked away quickly he didn't want her to think he was some creep. He slowly looked around "We need to get these two to the hospital you know," Draco said as the children looked at himwith tears in their eyes.

Rose looked around at the sound of her name, just in time to see Draco's eyes flicking away from... no... she must have just seen that wrong. Trick of the light. Glare from the snow.

 

"Well, okay, Draco. You're right, we need to get everypony to the hospital. But you aren't carrying anypony," she scolded, telekinetically lifting a foal off of Draco's back as she was climbing on. Moving the foal to her own back, she continued, "Unless you want another asthma attack."

"Oh come now oh beautifull goddess I'm alot tougher than I look," Draco said flirting with her. "I'll be fine as long as I don't do any heavy lifting for awhile. Plus I get to come get my medicine from you all the time," Draco said with a chuckle. He walked to the stallion and began draging him toward the hospital.

The shade of red Rose turned at being called a beautiful goddess was multiplied by about a thousand when he admitted he... *Ahem* ...admired her figure. Rose just couldn't comprehend it. She wasn't beautiful, especially when compared to mares like Light Diamond. Not knowing how she could possibly respond to this sentiment of Draco's, she chose to say nothing, and merely bowed her head embarrassedly as they all walked to the hospital.

When they arrived at the hospital Draco looked at the doctors "I'm fine but Rose can you come with me after you drop off those foals please?" Draco asked his eyes seemed alittle hollow and lifeless. Draco cared about her. He made her worry but now he wanted to show her why he always put's himself into dangerous situations for his customers.

Rose looked a little uncomfortable, but agreed to accompany Draco nonetheless. After all, they were friends, no matter how strange he had been acting today. Rose walked a little ways with Diamond, and dropped the foals off inside the hospital. Rose then departed Diamond's and Ace's company to make her way back to where Draco was surely waiting for her. And there, indeed, he was. 

 

"What did you want?" Rose asked. Her voice was not cold or unfriendly, but there was a trace of hesitance in it.

"Follow please," Draco said as he started to walk towards the graveyard "DO you want to know why I help my customers so much?" Draco asked. "It's because I want them to be happy. I've lost my familyyou know this right?" Draco asked once aagina as they walked. He looked at her.

Rose nodded slowly as she followed Draco, a contemplative look on her face. "I think you might have mentioned your family one time, but I don't remember pursuing the subject... But what do they have to do with your work ethic?" She looked at him quizzically.

"My family died in a fire," Draco said. "I survived because I wasn't near the fire but I hear they screams in my head every night in my sleep. My father always says to climb the mountain infront of me. He was the best at what he did." Draco said as he looked at Rose sadly.

Schola thinks to himself before he looks up and sees, to his shock, everypony is gone! "Would that I paid more attention to my surroundings, perhaps I would actually have friends!" He says as he begins to leave and wander home alone, head hung low. "This is probably why the Dean of Equus meant when he denied me acceptance into the graduate program. 'You lack any life experiance to speak of, we could never accept such a non-well-rounded pony' He remembered the Dean telling him. "What worth does all of this knowledge have if I am all alone?" Schola laments as he slowls plods home.

Diamond faintly smiled when she noticed Ace staring at her. *Does he like me back ? Oh I hope he does.* She thought, taking the foals off her back and placing them next to the others in the hospital. "Um Ace, Do you need to stay here, Because I can wait with you... If you'd like." 

"I should stay here anyways just to be safe, but you don't have to wait for me I think i'll be fine from here on now." Ace said walking in the hospital and talking to the clenic about the fire and the others that were outside waiting to be treated and taking care of.

"Oh..." Rose visibly wilted, as did her moonbeam flower. "I'm so sorry." She didn't know what to say, so she let her voice trail away sadly. All she could do was gaze at Draco sadly.

 

After several moments, she found her train of thought again. "Your father... sounds like he was a wise man. And...I can give you something to calm your dreams if you want..."

Ace sat down in teh waiting room as the filly and parents were taking to oneof the room to be taking care of. "Why don't you tell me about your parents? They seem to be fun ti have." Ace said smiling trying to see if he has regain any memorie of his parents or any memories of him as a filly.

I never really enjoyed being around them... I mean, I was and still am very sad that they passed away but... Well, We just had and interesting relationship." Diamond said, Sitting down next to Ace..

I never really enjoyed being around them... I mean, I was and still am very sad that they passed away but... Well, We just had and interesting relationship." Diamond said, Sitting down next to Ace..

"Oh im terbbly sorry, if it makes oyu feel better, which it probly won't me and my parenst had an interesting relationship as well, vary interesting considiering being raised in an orphanege, with no momeoryie about my past exept for gettingmy cutie mark." Ace siad with a small smile.

"Im so sorry to hear that Ace." She said, Putting her hoof on his shoulder. "When I was younger I had always kinda wished I could have lived in an orphanage... I know, maybe I am crazy but that's how I felt. Its interesting, I always did bad things hoping that my parents would give me some sort of attention... Even if it meant I got beaten or something... But they never did anything, It was always my nanny who told me not to do it again, She was more of a parent then both my real parents combined." She said, staring down at a small stain on the rug.

Ace just shrugged "it dosn't bother me much anymore I'm more sorry for you" Ace looking at Diamond with worry. "Having parents that don't pay attention is worst then having no memorie of them. But I should thank you for helping out back there." Ace said putting a hoof on her shoulder.

One minute I'm doing good and climbing but then I start to fall," Draco said.

"Um... Ace would you want to maybe... I dunno, Do you maybe want to... Um... Get a cup of tea ?" She asked. *Didn't we just get back from tea ? Real smooth Diamond.* She thought.

Ace got up and streched "Didn't we just get back from your tea shop?" Ace said laughing then looking out the window to see it was dark out. "Maybe I can...walk you home? If you want to that is." Ace asked blushing as well sadly it sticks out more cause of his white coat.
