Nice, the first one seems a bit...unfinished.

The second is almost spot on perfect, I can't point out any errors.

The third is even better than the second, but whatever the trail coming from her eye is could use a bit of work to show more clearly what it's supposed to be.

Those are all super cool, Luna's one of my favorite characters and I think you made her look super awesome. :3 I wish I could draw... But oh we'll, still enjoy looking at every pony's art!!!!
