Fluttershy Sonic Rainboom Theory?

A couple weeks ago or so this crossed my mind. We all know that Rainbow Dash is responsible for the mane 6 finding their talents and forming a tie between them before they had even met. But looking back at it, would have Rainbow Dash ever done the Sonic Rainboom if Fluttershy wasn't so shy? The purpose of the race was to defend Fluttershy's honour. If she would have never needed to be defended in the first place, would have the first Sonic Rainboom ever happened?

Well when you put it that way wouldn't be Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy's parents because without them they wouldn't have never been born. Point is it doesn't really matter

Hilarious point but we haven't even seen the parents of Rainbow Dash or Fluttershy yet.   I've always wondered on whether or not we'll ever see them.

It was really the parents of the jock Pegasi, if they had raised their kids not to be complete morons then Rainbow wouldn't have needed to defend Fluttershy.

We can play cause and effect all day. Ultimately I choose that the trigger for it all was Dash being amazing.

All we need to know is that Rainbow Dash's level of awesomeness is so extremely off the charts, that she can cause random puberty to strike just by triggering a rainboom!

Well, I guess you could say that.  Though this logic is like, if the world wasn't created they couldn't have done anything about the sonic rainboom.
