Hello, and welcome everyone to this New Year's Eve edition of Solar Smackdown!  Things are heating up as we are in the final stretch heading for this Sunday's Pay Per View, Twilight Justice!

We open up this evening with Babs Seed taking on Vinyl Scratch.  Both of these ladies have something to prove here in SECW and they aim to make their mark tonight, both of them want a spot on this Sunday's show.

Next up we have a triple threat match involving the calculating Octavia and the members of Team Moon Pie!  Will these two be able to work together, essentially making this a handicap match, or will the lure of a shot at the big stage drive a wedge between these two fierce competitors?

In our third match of the evening, we see Rainbow Dash competing one on one with the newcomer, Scale Gazer.  Everyone is expecting Rainbow Dash to make short work of the fiery rookie, but will she upset the speedster instead?  The winner of this match will be the number one contender for the SECW Championship and face Twilight Sparkle in the Main Event at the PPV!

In our second to last match of the night, we see the towering Holly Jolly taking on the Wonderbolt, Blaze.  After racking up a string of losses, Holly has become one big, angry giantess lately.  Does Blaze have a change against this huge force of nature tonight?

Finally, in our Main Event, we have the SECW Champion going one on one with the masked powerhouse, Anapony E.  The question is, will she be able to concentrate on her opponent tonight, or will she be worrying about who she will face this sunday when she defends her title for the first time?
