Kids like dark stories... * Give your movies a happy end, even if the original story didn't have one (example: the Little Mermaid: Pain, cheating and death, yay!) * Stephmothers are evil, so are queens... * Animals are capable of complex communication and thinking patterns. * Disney characters don't bleed. * Impossible loves always work out * Disney's favourite murder weapon?
