Will Lightning Dust become a villain?

Well, eventually she did return with her own team, she certainly remained an antagonist(villain is maybe too far, she) and she did almost cause a filly to be injured or worse. I do wish we got to see more of her, maybe have the washout compete with the bolts or at least show some tension between them(even if its something minor, like a dialog between dash and SF or show the washouts in the BG with fans\crowd).
