Just My OC

Hey, I finally got off my lazy ass and decided to draw some things. So I just drew a couple pictures of my OC pony, Chakra. Before that, some information about Chakra. She is an earth pony who was born with a third eye. This eye allows her to visibly see the aura's of others, and it also gives her a strong intuition. As a side effect, she also sees the world very differently. She views the playful innocence and colourfully happy emotions, as unnatural and depressing. It's all a stage to her, and she likes to find ways to manipulate impossible odds and turn them to her favour.

 

But anyways, my crappy art. For this one, I used both ink and watercolour paint... because for some reason I wanted to experiment with that combination. It ended up really suiting her character though.

 

 

Then I drew this one just to show her at a different angle. I kind of screwed up on the width of her head, and really screwed up on that back leg. But it was too late to fix when I realized this.

 

 

I'm just sharing these because they were fun to work on. If anyone has any sort of critique, I would be grateful. Don't be afraid of being too harsh, I know I'm a bad artist.

No, no, you're a good artist, you just need practice, is all. Here, feel free to ask me anything you need to know. Also, I'll have you know, drawing usually requires sitting on your lazy a**, unless you intend on drawing while standing up, which is weird.

Thank you. But I really should be better than I am now. Considering that I've been at this for a little more than a year, I think... as embarrassing as it is to admit. And thanks for offering to help, but an honest opinion is the only thing I would want to ask for. Otherwise, I'd just feel like I'd be over-burdening. But I guess it doesn't help that I keep calling myself a bad artist if I want honesty, I should really just leave that out. Even if I'm just trying to joke about myself.

 

Oh, and I'll have you know that my arse is not lazy while drawing. I have music and a chair that spins!
