open New princess and new town...sad story

Remember the major rules of role-playing! No swearing, no character copies, and definately no not having fun!!! Oh, and no inappropriate behavior!

 

I'm new at this so please forgive any mistakes I make.

 

 

  Princess Celestia has retired alongside Luna, Twilight, and Cadence. The new princess of Equestria is Princess Aura and her husband, King Metamorphasis the changeling king (son of Chrysalis). Aura is a psychic pony and her husband can change into an alicorn with a chrysalis as his cutie mark. All of the mane 6 are gone and all of the ponies we all once knew (sorry!). The town that this story takes place in is Bridle Strands.

 

   Splash Paint charged into town screaming. Black magic illuminated her horn and sparks constantly flicker around her body.

 "Every pony RUN!!!!!!" she screamed as she charged towards the dock. Panic broke out as ponies fought to get on the train first. A blue unicorn stallion with white hair charged after Splash. Another unicorn stallion who looked a lot like Splash tried to sort out the chaos.

   "What's going on?!?!?!?!" several ponies yelled to him.

  "Splash's horn is acting up again! It's highly unstable and we need to get out of here before this whole place blows up! Joy's gone to calm her to see if he can stop the magic, but we don't know if it'll work! " the unicorn replied.

  Meanwhile, Splash ran as quickly as she could. She missed the turn for the dock and headed straight up the side of the mountain. Joy Splatter, the blue unicorn, chased quickly after. He reached the top to see Splash prepare to hurl herself off the side of the cliff.

  "Noooooooo!!! Splash don't!!!" Joy yelled.

 Splash twisted quickly around to see her boyfriend coming towards her.

   "D-d-d-don't come closer! I could kill you! Save yourself!" she said as she backed away.

  Joy trotted towards her and said, "I can help you! Remember the spell we practiced? Let me at least try!"

  Splash hesitated but nodded. Joy placed his horn against hers. His blue magic fired up and began to absorb the black energy surrounding her horn. The energy slowly drained...and Joy slowly faded...

  Back in the town, every pony had escaped via train, magic, or wings. The panic that had so quickly started had ended.

  As the last of the energy disappeared, Joy was nearly invisible. Splash looked calmed and relieved. Joy began to slowly reappear. Suddenly, an enormous beam of black magic fired out of her horn..straight at Joy and at the town further behind him...

 

 

  From miles away, the enormous explosion could be seen as debris and smoke filled the sky.

  

 

 

 

  As the smoke settled and debris lay all about, Splash sat up and rubbed her sore head.

  "W-w-what just happened?" she asked herself. Then it all came back. She saw the debris and smoke that still existed...the broken houses and assorted items....and Joy's dead body...Tears welled up in Splash's eyes. She sat alone in the dust and sobbed until she dozed off.......

Blue Lightning was sleeping on a cloud when she heard a huge explosion "OHMYAURAWHATTHEHAYBALES?!"  She said as she quickly woke up and fell off the cloud,she landed face first into the mountain,near Splash,and joys dead body,about 13 feet away. "Ughhh..." She slowly got up,she was covered in bruises,she started to look around "What....". She saw the smoke,the destroyed buildings,noticed Joy's body,and Splash   "Uhh...are you okay?" She said right before noticing she was asleep "Uhhh.....hello?.." She didn't exactly know what to do,shes only talked to 1 pony in her whole life.She just sat their waiting for Splash to wake up,while also scanning her surroundings. "What happened here?!"   "Wait..." She looked over at a grey pegasus,dead,she had a metal contraption around her neck,there was a broken light on it,her mane and tail were blonde. "Oh my Aura....DERPY!?!" She had a secret talent for building,she had made a contraption built to keep Derpy alive for over 500,0000 years,About as long she'd survive,due to her being a glitch. "OH MY AURA NO!!!!!!" She screamed as loud as an air horn,zooming off at top speed,she landed near the dead pegasus,crying at this point.  "D-Derpy?! Your not dead,you can't be dead,your my best friend,you were my only friend,what happened!??!?!" She was starting to lose her sanity fast. he sat there,crying. Emerald was sitting on a bench nearby when Splash's horn started acting up....again.

 

She felt sorry for the mare, being that her horn acted up like this-it was probably hard to make friends.

 

Well, so it was for her as well-not the horn acting up thing, because Emerald was a Earth Pony, but the making friends part.

 

Everyone seemed to like to open their big mouths instead of their small minds, so she naturally got a lot of hate.

 

It was hard for Emerald to talk to anypony, because she was afraid they would punch her for being 'That homeless freak'

 

She was very shy ever since she moved to this town, and a stallion punched her. So from now on she was afraid of everypony,

 

yet she secretly sympathized for  Splash had no control over her magic, and....oh dear. Emerald set down the soup she was eating-

fresh from The Soup Kitchen  and stared at  Blue Lightning, crying over her friends body. This whole thing was absolutely AWFUL!

 

Emerald just wished she could work up the willpower to go over and sympathize Blue Lightning, but she was just a street rat. Nopony cared about her.

 Splash glanced around at her surroundings. Her boyfriend lay dead. A pegasus cried over another's dead body. 

  "What have I done???? Why me????" Splash yelled into the sky. Black magic flared around her horn. Not again. Never again. Too many deaths. Even one is bad enough. Splash took off running in the opposite direction of the nearest civilization. Princess Aura would be disappointed. She had failed to be strong, as Joy Splatter had always told her she could be. She was a loner....forever....but she didn't want to be....but it was for the best....to keep every pony safe....she had hurt too many already....she......KILLED....some pony!!!! I killed some pony other than Joy! Oh my Aura! I actually killed some pony!!!!!! WHAT HAVE I DONE?!?!?!?!?! Now, I can never see my brother...or any pony else for that matter!!! I might kill them!!! I must go....where no pony else will find me! Then, Equestria will be safe from the danger I am! I refuse to ever see another pony again! I...I...I can't do that... Splash stopped running. She needed Aura's psychic powers to save her! Aura could help her! Splash turned and ran for Canterlot, which was over 3000 miles away! Aura could save her! Aura could save her! Aura...could..save..her..... Splash fainted in a heap on the ground...

Emerald had been running from some stallions who were calling her bad words, and eventually ended up in a far end  of Ponyville.

She was surprised that the first thing she saw was Splash Paint laying in the stocks of hay.

 

I better get her to a hospital. 

 

Emerald called the hospital, which was on speedial. When the nurse at the front desk picked up she said: "Hello Emerald, how can we assist you?" Emerald sighed. "It's not ME it's SPLASH PAINT, she's over here in Ponyville can you  drive an ambulance over here to help?" Emerald felt the corners of the nurse's lips crinkle downward. "Please, Amy." She begged. Finally happy when the nurse said "Oh, alright."

 

--at the Hospital,(Splash Paint is on a hospital bed, Emerald is in the waiting room.)--

 

Emerald smiled to herself, she had done something good. She had saved a pony, instead of just leaving it there.

 

Was it possible that Emerald was maturing? Or the sympathy for Splash Paint that had? Or maybe it was just her wish for a friend?

 

Oh well, at least she felt good, not that she had done something good.

Splash groaned. How long have I been out? She sat up off the strangely comfortable ground but fell over as her legs gave out again. Where...am...I? Splash glanced around the room. She was obviously been placed under hospital care and was not outside any longer. Where is everypony? Not a single nurse or patient was in the vast room that she was in. How did I get here? Why can't I remember? I know where I am, but I don't know who I am...and why do I have this cutie mark? Do I like painting? Do I have parents? Do they love me? Who are my friends? Questions reeled through her mind. I must have amnesia...I must've forgotten...that means my friends are worried about me...or, at least, I think they are...if I have any...who brought me here? Do I live here? No I don't...I live in Bridle Straps...with...why can't I remember? I know I should...and I want to..but why can't I? And why....why...her vision blackened as she slowly slipped away again................................................................................ but as it happened....she say a quick burst of light, heard some distant noises, and slowly began to slip away...........again.....to the darkness of her non-memory...

The door cracked open. Emerald trotted in quietly, trying not to wake the sleeping mare. But just as she was making her way across...OOF! Emerald tripped over the leg of the hospital bed, and fell flat on her face. Quickly- and painfuly she got up and made her way to one of the seats by Splash's bed.
