...I like Fallout/MLP crossovers. 

 

One-shot crossovers done for outrageous comedic effect (Liberty Prime Invades- I Mean, Saves Equestria; One Million Bits, etc.) tend to tickle my funny bone.

I tend to look at fanfic crossovers rather than art crossovers. That's just me, though.

Hmm i can only think of two. The LOTOR/MLP crossover is pretty well thought through. I also enjoy the battle royale crossover. even if its a little bloody and dark

Gurren Lagann. It feels so wrong, yet Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo as Kamina and Simon feels so right. Plus ponies in giant robots, can't get any better than that

I usually am not one that is into crossovers/fanfiction at all, but I have seen some really cute photos of Portal/MLP & Tron/MLP crossovers I liked.

I actually like Kingdom Hearts/MLP as a crossover.Despite not being such a huge fan of the KH series in the first place,it actually meshes very well with MLP due to the similar themes and motifs being used in both series.Unfortunately,I have not found a single KH fanfic that is not terribad,but when I do...it will be glorious.

Some of the most rare crossovers must be Moomins crossed over with Moomins.

 

And I love Sonic the Hedgehog and MLP crossover too.
