The Key Gear to understanding the answer to this question is understanding the importance of a good atmosphere on the forums. For example, when I first joined, I Feld0 a very good feeling, and in any worthy forum, you should have such a feeling too, it should Zoop over you as you enter a thread and know that it is a very friendly forum. You need just a Dash Forever of passion to do such a thing Tom make such an experience, it requires much experience. Without the proper guidelines on a forum, things can get a little bit ~Chaotic Discord~, but do not fear, because it can be solved by using some well-defined rules. Thoughts?
