cuteycindyhoney 13,334 February 3, 2012 Share February 3, 2012 Spike snapped over Owlicious and tried to frame him for the murder of a toy mouse! Later, greed made him snap again and turn into a giant rampaging dragon! (Instead of a lovable baby dragon!) "Maybe he snapped, and then snapped again!" "Can you do that? Can you snap twice?" Thank you Sparklefan1234!!!
Envoy-in-exile 101 February 17, 2012 Share February 17, 2012 Another "adult" element in MLP:FiM - half of the Mare 6 seem to have psychological problems - Twilight is a workaholic perfectionist who snaps at the smallest thing that goes wrong. She has a psychotic breakdown when she was unable to to write a letter to Celestia before day's end and even resorts to manipulating fillies to get it done - Pinkie Pie has asylum-level delusions/hallucinations when her friends refuse to attend a party she throws. She speaks in non-sequiturs all the time, which most people would take to be a sign of mental illness IRL - Fluttershy seems to be attention-starved from young. Looks like she has trouble communicating with other ponies and can only be "normal" around animals. She has a psychotic breakdown and even resorts to trapping the animals when they do not respond to her in the royal canterlot gardens The rest seem normal though
I used to be a stranger 7,994 February 18, 2012 Share February 18, 2012 (edited) I think this is the true conflict arc that we watch the show for. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. Edited February 18, 2012 by Blue
Envoy-in-exile 101 February 21, 2012 Share February 21, 2012 Oddly enough these 3 are also the ponies that appeal to me the most. Guess that says something about me.
