I've got a two hour car ride tomorrow, which assuming I don't have to participate in conversation and I finish one other obligatory post on a different role play, should give me time to work out a post here.

Sorry for the wait, but here goes!

 

I'm by no means an expert writer, but here's my take on it:

 

I've noticed throughout the story that you reiterated actions or thoughts quite a few times, so be careful of that next time! Other than that, your grammar's pretty good!

 

There were things I've noticed about how you wrote the characters didn't seem to fit them, in my opinion.

 

For one, Celestia and Luna are the the two most powerful beings in all of Equestria, therefore their absence would undoubtedly affect Equestria in some way, as evidenced by episodes 1 and 2 of season 4. That being said, I feel that Twilight would've known that and said something along the lines of, "let them go!"

 

Speaking of which, why would Celestia keep such information from Cadence? I think she'd say something to her one she was old enough to know better, especially of she knew if it could potentially save Chrysalis.

 

As for the fusion of Chrysalis and Cadence-- it's an interesting concept, I have to admit!

 

I'm still not sold on the whole reform Chrysalis idea, because if I'm honest, she's more often than not turned into someone unrecognizable-- usually going from one of the most formidable foes the Ponies had to face to a womanchild who's prone to crying fits, or something equally unpleasant-- which puts me off like you wouldn't believe! Sorry, buy that's how I feel about it!

You forget Twilight was also the one ready to abandon Equestria for the sake of saving the EQG world from Sunset Shimmer. "Equestria will find a way to survive without my element of harmony..." The Equestrian world has also survived without the Princesses for a long time since the unicorns used to raise the sun and moon. Not to mention that Celestia herself would accept such a sacrifice if it meant saving her subjects. Remember she was the one to propose giving up their powers to stop Tirek.

 

In any case Luna and Celestia were more of leaders and figures and less of a way out. Plus asking a villain to let them go is pointless since you know... They won't and you'll be wasting your time.

 

She got emotionally attached like most adopted parents do and she didn't... The problem however was that she simply didn't know what Cadence was... She only saw an innocent little filly. I do admit however i should have delved just a bit more into it. As for Chrysalis as i said there the only thing she saw was a dark magic filled creature with evil in her heart that was definately not to be trusted. She simply didn't believe her story.

 

Crying fits? Womanchild? What does this have to do anything with the fic? Its about the rp isn't it? I told you that's more my fault for not handling my emotions correctly rather than Chrysalis herself. I will admit that her own state of mind and soul is a pure mess of broken pieces.

 

However the fic isn't about her redemption. Chrysalis in this fic is a person deprived of any good or positive though. Hell i even went at a point and plainly said hate sustains her...

 

As for relateability i simply don't have enough freedom to express it.

Fml y'all. So apparently the guy who did our roof a while back, (who is also family) didn't do it right. With the rain that we had for the past few days, the water leaked in so we have a huge wet spot on the ceiling of the largest room in our house and it somehow got into the AC and flooded that (at the beginning of summer... In the Deep South...). Btw, this is going to cost upwards of $40,000 (£24,000 just so you know Pripyat), not including the other things that've been falling apart in our house. Sorry for the rant, but I kinda wanted to tell someone

I'm very sorry all, but I must drop out of this RP.<br /><br />I'm taking some much-needed distance from poni, possibly for a long time. Once my fanfic on FimFiction has run its course, my involvement will be totally severed for an indefinite haitus.<br /><br />It's nothing to do with you guys, you're great and I love you all. But I can't let my imagination be sucked up by ponies right now, and the degree of obsession is becoming unhealthy.<br /><br />So I won't be participating in the sequel. Since all my prior characters are currently being run by others, I'm just going to let that remain the case.

I really didn't see this coming, Dawn… I honestly hope you change your mind, as it's gonna really suck without you, but do what ya need to do!

Okay, everyone… Dawn's dropped out of the RP, and won't be participating in the sequel. I'm not gonna sit here and lie and say that's not going to affect this RP or the sequel in any way, because it is, sbd in a huge way.

 

I'll do my best to play Dashie and Fluttershy until the end of this RP, but I'm nowhere near as good as he was! I will need someone to take up the reigns for both of them, as well as Twilight in the sequel-- most preferably someone with experience in RPing-- even better if they played the characters before!

 

I'll still play Applejack, and I'm considering playing her in the sequel as well.

 

But without Dawn, and with luck, someone else playing Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Princess Celestia, relationships, and even the events of the sequel are doubtlessly gonna change. Right now, I'm thinking of changing the events of sequel. I do wanna retain the current cast of Pony Finders, but with someone new playing the pony roles, many of the finders may wind up single again…
