Rarity had decided to demonstrate her magic by offering to everyone around to alter their clothes by her magic to be fabulous. XD

One girl stepped forward, wearing a pink dress which she had bought in the sale. Rarity used her magic to transform it into a fabulous two piece top and mini skirt combo; the girl was thrilled with her new outfit and loudly proclaimed to everyone watching that they simply must take up this offer!

@, @@Dawn Stripes,

For real?? Was Jack for real?? "Well, for starters, my 'Papa's station wagon' was a Mazda 3 my dad got for me as an early birthday present. May not up to your standards, but I loved that car for what it was." Colette watched as Rainbow Dash removed the suit, softening her tone a little. "I'm sorry Dash, but--it's not a good idea for you to get behind the wheel of an even more complicated machine-- I-- I'll think of something, but for now, just don't drive!"

With that Colette made her exit from the audibly disappointed crowd of racing and Rainbow Dash fans, unphazed by their jeers. Let them, and Jack get mad at her! It's better than Jack losing a car and Dash possibly getting hurt!

Twilight Sparkle sat back in her chair, listening carefully to Fluttershy's musings on love. Her mind wandered back to her days with Shining Armor. Yes, Twilight loved Shining Armor, but what did that have to do with falling in love with another pony? Fluttershy's explanation on such things brought about new enlightenment to Twilight's ignorance on the subject. She imagined all these things Fluttershy described, and not to mention was surprised at how she was able to come up with such an intricate analogy. She imagined the first time her brother bought her a copy of Marey Potter, and how she never left her bedroom until she was done reading it. Next, she thought of the times she visited her parents back in Canterlot, tasting the sweet potatoes and the freshly baked bread that sat on the dinner table. Her stream of consciousness was interrupted by the sound of commotion outside. She found herself a great deal annoyed by it, as the sounds of chatter and bickering split her daydream into two.

"What in the hay..." Twilight murmured, "...is going on out there?!"

She rose from her seat and walked out to the parking lot, where she caught sight of Jack reasoning with Colette while the latter was chastising Rainbow Dash, as well as a horde of the party-goers swarming the two racecars.

***

Jack really didn't put up much more reasoning or arguing, however. He merely raised his hands up, shaking his head as if to say "Fine. Whatever." However, his fans were not so keen on Colette, and continued to egg on Rainbow Dash.

"Come on Dash!"

"Don't let that bitch tell you what to do!"

"She's not your mother!"

"Your not her mother!"

The crazy fan, however, slowly approached Colette.

"C'mon," he said to her, "Can't you just at least let her try? This opportunity will likely NEVER happen again! The best racer in our world vs. the best racer in Equestria! And if you're afraid of her dying, don't worry! There hasn't been a death in these cars since like 2001!"

His face was just a few millimeters from her face, realizing this, and backing away slowly.

"...sorry..." he said.

@Pripyat Pony

Charles was watching Rarity showing her magic to fix the fans clothing while he smiles to her, then while seeing the fans were not happy that Dash not going to race Jack because what Colette saying and Charles began to think. *Well only one thing is safe is Go-Karts since Colette don’t want Dash get hurt but she need get over it anyway.* Then he was looking at Rarity again and smiles while watching her too.

Nick was having his time of his life with Pinky and he was dancing with her too while he was being happy.

@@Dawn Stripes,@,

((Colette's still inside))

Colette merely glared at the man as he got in her face drolly, seeming make him back off -- further aided by Rainbow's finger pushing him back. She made herself out to be a real bitch, both to Jack and Dash. She sighed as she made her way away from the crowd... God, she was getting really good at pissing people and ponies off!

She made her way back to the table, only to find it sans Fluttershy or Maddie. Colette turned back and scanned the crowd, looking over the crowd for a yellow clad girl. She ventured about for awhile, asking around and holding up her cameraphone, spotthing a ghostly white horn, but no yellow wings... Dammit, where was she?!

Fluttershy finally found her sitting alone, scanning the room with her phone and a frown. Hurriedly, she pulled up a chair beside her. "Colette," she whispered, not wanting to intrude loudly, 'What's wrong? Are...are you okay?" She, almost thinking better but growing bold, brought out two hands and eventually laid one on the arm that lie on the table.

For now, I'm going to engage in a breif conversation with the Unicorn. Rarity, was it??<<

@@Dawn Stripes,

Colette snapped out of there thoughts as Fluttershy sat next to her, smiling a little as the Pegasus sat next to her and placed her hands on her arm. "I managed to piss three people in the space in the space of ten minutes..." She answered, her smile fading as she put her head on Fluttershy's shoulder, putting her phone down and placing her free hand on her girlfriend's free shoulder. "I told Dash she couldn't race Jack... She already owes me a new car. No need to make it worse by owing Jack a car as well!" Colette pulled herself into Fluttershy's neck. "I know Dash's bored, but I don't know of anything she can do without royally fucking something up! I want for her to enjoy something, but I don't know what!"

"Worst of all, though... I made you mad!" She said softly, as she nuzzled into her girlfriend's neck. "I startled you, and I didn't mean to."

@@Hypn0ticD,@@Hypn0ticD,  Colette and Fluttershy were talking... unfortunately for them not quiet enough. Dennis also hadn't forgotten the fact that Colette had scolded Rainbow herself... and Colette wasn't the only one who needed help, and she didn't have to bear it alone.

Fluttershy's eyes softened in sympathy at Dennis' confusion. This boy, she thought, almost acted as though he was in love...could it be, finally, that someone had caught her eye? There were stabbing pangs of jealousy, but Fluttershy worked her hardest to try and stomp them out. She shouldn't feel that way anymore.

So maybe she could help him. "Rainbow..." Before she could even finish Dash's name, the boy had run. She stared forlornly after him...

She also turned to Colette, who had just apologized for startling her. Firmly deciding that it was best not to correct her, she stayed where she was and tried to enjoy being nuzzled.

Something ran into Rainbow Dash, knocking her flat on her back. She stared up and saw a blinking boy just opening his eyes.

"We have to stop running into each other like this," she deadpanned from the ground.

@@MelancholicMemory,

Bowen hadn't quite been expecting the handshake to be quite so vigorous. He'd had some in the past that were more forceful than necessary, but this one made him almost feel as if his arm would fall off. He kept silent about that bit, however, and he covered his discomfort with a smile as Applejack went off in speaking, ranging from a couple questions to expressing pleasure about humans being able to see her home.

The teen nods once she signifies the end of her speech with a laugh, "Yeah, they do a pretty good job of making you likeable. Even got the bit about the handshake right." He adds that last sentence in a quieter tone.

While this was going on, Logan was standing about a foot behind AJ, watching the interaction with evident amusement. Bowen smirks slightly before looking back to the Equestrian before him, "Seems being with you is doing Logan some good. Used to be a time he would rarely crack a smile." It had the desired effect, as from his peripheral, Bowen could see his older cousin uncross his arms and give him a 'you seriously did that?' Look.

Before he could be confronted however, Bowen switches subject again, "So, I understand that Logan's entertaining the prospect of going back with you?" He didn't mean it in any hostility, though the question itself may sound that way.

---

Things had moved very quickly. Or the Changeling ha ceased to pay attention and merely did not notice the quickly shifting events. Either way, he had wandered off, and simply mingled with the plethora of people that were occupying the warehouse. His ears had caught wind of some sort of event between Rainbow and the racer, Jack, but he had zoned most of that out after a little while.

Currently, Diliges was just amusing himself watching the antics of humans. They were such diverse beings, with so man different behaviors, and the veritable web of their connections. The most prominent was the full gray color of unfamiliarity. There were so many people from the surrounding city, that it made sense many of them would not know one another.

And of course there was the expected comradery colors of gentle pink, and the light red of love. And there was one other color of thread in the air above that strongly confused him. Dark orange, laced with black. Meaning deceit and malice - or in some interpretations, hostility. He could not find exactly who these were coming from - for there were so many threads conglomerating in suh an enclosed space that it was officially to discern where any of them originated - but some of the black threads were laced out to him, as well as the other Equestrians.

It was odd, to say the least. Of course it could be expected that there would be those who hated others, but he could not wrap his head around why they may have come here. If someone disliked something, why bring themselves to its vicinity? He shrugged, and went about his business. Diliges found himself subconsciously assuming a more military air, behaving much the way he would back in the hive - quiet, secluded and simply watching. He even had his arms crossed behind his back, as he had seen some human military officers do in pictures and films, and walked almost the same way as well. To say the least, he was curious and a little on edge.

Applejack's last sentence, on not entirely knowing how to handle his not being able to return with her, before stating she should not worry about it caused Bowen some pause, but he eventually shrugged, "Well, positive thoughts being positive outcomes. Suppose we'll just have to see."

Logan raised an eyebrow at those words. Bowen was a realist in the respect he always assumed the worst, expected things to go as badly as they could, so when they did not, he was happier than he had been before. The teenager was saying that to help put Applejack's mind at ease. It was a well concealed lie - helped that Bowen was an actor at heart - that Logan might not have caught did he not know Bowen as well as he did.

The officer found himself speaking up, but not calling his cousin out, "Have you met any of the other Equestrians, Bowen?"

The teen looks to Logan, eyebrow raised out of habit, before he nods, "Yup. Well, sorta. I've only met Rainbow, and that was only for a couple hours before I fell off the face of the earth. Haven't got around to meeting any of the others," he puts his hands in his pockets for a second, but seemed to think better of it - as if it were a habit he was trying to break - and took them back out and clasped them together instead, "Unless there's more questions, I might go do that."

Diliges' initial response was merely a drawn out, growling hum. Eventually however, he spoke. For the first time since being in this world, he spoke using his inherent tone he so often used as a Captain - one that was calm and enunciated, and was both disarming but respectful, or condescending depending on who it was directed towards, "Indeed I do, Commander. Rather frustrating not being able to see who they belong to, but given the numbers of it I'd say there's at least four of them here as it is. Part of me wants to say there is a fifth, but I have no way of being sure," he glances at his superior, "I will suggest that we remain on the alert, and be ready for anything. Maybe alert the others, though I will suggest the cheery woman and the enforcement officer she is so often with first, seeing as both of them are armed with the human device called a 'gun'. I think the other, more rational ones would be Clare, that Charles fellow. Have you any suggestions?"

Before he could respond to whatever answer he recieved, he felt a presence tapping his shoulder. Wheeling about to face the individual in question, he comes face to face with one of the Scotsman, who promptly introduced himself as Stephen, Cicada's Finder. Diliges nodded as he shook the proffered hand, "Ah! A pleasure meeting you, sir," he says, assuming a perfect imitation of the brogue, "Your assumption of my name is correct. I believe you can be trusted, Cicada hasn't told you failed to take care of her, at least." The Changeling lost his native tone as he spoke, reassuming the slightly mischievous tone he used amongst the humans.

He raises an eyebrow slightly, returning to the slightly English hinted accent he had accustomed himself to in this world, "I would be right in assuming you are from an area near the country of Britain, correct?" He asks, curiosity sneaking into the edges of his voice.

(it's alright! I had kind of just had her vanish into the crowds)

Angelica had inserted herself into the crowds with the air of someone who was used to such environments. She was a people person at heart, and large crowds like this bothered her little. But even someone with her childish energy could get worn out with enough action, and she had been forced to retreat from the throngs of people who were still hammering down their energy reserves on the dance floor.

Angie had found we respite at a table, reclined lazily in a chair with the coldest drink she could find resting just beneath her lips. Were it not for the loud atmosphere, she might have managed to doze off. But as it was, she was still very awake. For several minutes she had rested her weary body, and like magic her energy began to refill - aided greatly along by the Red Bull she had consumed a minute prior.

As she stood, the brunette somehow managed to catch the sound of her name being called. The accent made it relatively undebatable who the owner of the voice was. She waited until she heard once more to get the general idea of where it was coming from, before she made off after the voice. Sure enough, she found Shawn, hopping ever so slightly as he shouted her name one more time, adding a 'where are you' at the end.

She was behind the Scotsman, and she stepped as silently as she could up behind him before calling out, "I'm right here!!"

"Well, that certainly is an interesting thing, now isn't it?" Artisan says, partially to herself and partially to Composer.

"And what might you be talking about?" Is the large man'a response.

"One of the Equestrians, Rarity if I remember correctly, is exhibiting her magic. Seems the Unicorns actually carried their active magic abilities over with them, and not just their passive abilities like the Pegasi and I would imagine the Earth as well."

"Would that mean those others, the Changelings of whatever, carted theirs over as well? I mean, you think they can still change their form to someone else?"

"I would imagine so."

"Well that's a lovely prospect. How can I be sure you aren't one of them now, Arty?"

"Oh trust me, you'd know if I was a Changeling, Composer," she shoots him a dark glare, "And what did I tell you about calling me 'Arty'?"

"Alright, alright, fine," Composer says, holding his hands up defensively, "So, backtracking a little. What's the Unicorn up to?"

Artisan rolls her eyes before returning her gaze to Rarity, "She's changing the clothes of the party goers just by snapping her fingers. So long as that remains the extent of her abilities, I'm happy." She begins to stand as she speaks.

Composer raises an eyebrow at the woman, "And what exactly are you doing now?"

"Simple," she says, "I'm going to get a firsthand look at how that works." As she speaks, Artisan unclips the waistband holster on her jeans that contains her sidearm, and discreetly removes her taser from its proximal position to her bosom, and hands them over to Composer, "Keep track of these, will you?"

Her partner stands as she starts to walk off after handing her armaments over, "And what do you suggest I do?" He asks as he stows each in the separate cargo pockets on his faded BDU's.

"Just make sure that Warlord knows of this little development, and tell him to pass it along to all the others involved in this little hunt, and not just those of our organization, would you kindly?"

Without waiting for an answer, Artisan moves off, weaving through the crowds of people until she was among those encircling the fashionista. At some interval, she called out in a clear tone, "If you have a moment, think you could give these a little try?"

The sight of clothing being metamorphisized without the aid of so much as a needle and thread was indeed quite the eye catcher, indeed! Abernathy was genuinely impressed by the Unicorn's handiwork, turning ordinary frock after ordinary frock into something more trendy and fashionable, though there was more than a subtle hint of "Equestrian" influence left with each garment that she focused her attentions on.

Abernathy lifted her phone once more as Rarity executed her magic once more. Abernathy spotted a trail of pale blue magic trailing forth from the phantom horn, to the assigned garment, the 'magic' settling upon the fabric, causing it to shift and reform, new patterns and hemming appearing and coalesing here and there, leaving behind something almost unrecognizable from what was on the girl's body - something newer and more flattering than what came before.

She spotted a younger woman with deep red hair approach the circle, pointing toward her jeans.

Abernathy frowned a little, but remained silent. Wasn't she…? Abernathy frowned in thought. She should've expected other agents to be present, and was mentally chastising herself for failing to do so. She and Burton would have to move quickly, should they want to capture these aliens first:

@@Dawn Stripes, "You mean Jack right? I didn't catch most of it... i just heard you were gonna race and got a bit worried. I didn't want to act like Colette storming you about it... i knew you'd backlash at me for that. Hey you can still go and race if you want to i guess... but it isn't nessecary to enjoy the party. My motto is this... if you're near nice people, if you're near people you love... you're gonna have a good time whatever you're doing."

@,

The Princess was getting her fair share of the inquisitive stares from Bronies and Pegasisters alike, gasping and whispering amongst themselves as they saw both wings and a horn. The fans either looked away or bowed their heads in respect each time she looked their way. There was truly an Equestrian Princess here, and none were too sure as to how to behave around her…

One intrepid group of partygoers apprpached Twilight however, bowing or curtseying once they were close enough. "Your Majesty! We're some of your biggest fans! It's such an honor to meet you!" The group's apparent leader said. "What's it like being human??" One of the Pegasisters asked, earning a few looks from her friends. "Well, I'm curious…" she added sheepishly.

"Pfft." Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. "You sound like Fluttershy." She shrugged towards the pavement. "But naw, I...really can't. Like I said though--it's cool. No big deal." She rubbed her lips. "Maybe...some other time when it's just us, you know?"

"Eep..." Fluttershy ducked a little. "Mmm....if you think I should. Will you be there?"

@@Dawn Stripes,"Is it... is it bad i sound like Fluttershy?" he said in a worried tone. "I guess... i guess i have self-confidence issues." He paused for a moment trying to relax, didn't know what to say... wasn't looking for something specific. "What do you think Scootaloo would say if she saw us right now?"

"The little squirt I took camping? How the hoof should I know?" Rainbow Dash shrugged. "She's too busy rollin' around on that scooter of hers to go to parties anyway." A frown briefly creased her features as a memory transported her back to Ponyville. "Y'know, that's kinda' funny...I wonder why I almost never saw her at Pinkie's Parties? AJ's little sis was usually there...hmmm."

@@Dawn Stripes"I really don't know... maybe she was waiting for an invite from you. She idolizes you... i think she views you as her bigger sister. I just thought you two were close... she's really cute i think." He sighed... "Rainbow... why did you make that statue? I mean... you could have chosen just anyone, your friends, your family, yourself... why me?"
