Kit smiled a warm look and wrapped his remaining wing around cherry,as the nurse walked in with a drink,and some food.Kit smiled and handed Cherry half of the food & drinks.He looked at her with a kind look

"Thanks for choosing to stay here overnight"Kit said with a smile as he hugged her,before wincing in pain from the other wing

Cherry looked out across Ponyville as Kit slept. "What a day!" Cherry thought to herself. "And to think it started with unpacking my-". Cherry then realised her bags were still unpacked but instead of worrying, she just laughed.

 

She looked at the alarm clock and realised it was getting late. So she went to the sofa that was opposite Kits bed. She tucked her legs under belly as she sat on the sofa, then looked over at Kit. He was laying on his side with his injured wing in the air. "I shouldn't worry about him too much, after all, the doctor said he'll be fine after a night's rest." Cherry thought to herself. And with these comforting words, she managed to go to sleep.

The next morning, the doctor wrapped Kits wing in bandages and told him to not use it for the day. Then the two of them were sent on their way. Due to Kit not being able to fly back up to Cloudsdale, even if Cherry carried him. So they were thinking of what to do next.

 

"We should find somewhere to stay until your wing gets better." Suggested Cherry, "or we could do something fun today, but less dangerous."

Kit flew up to the university with Cherry that morning.He kept thinking on how much he enjoys her company.while flying through some clouds up to Cloudsdale,he decided he would ask cherry a question.He turned to her and asked

"Just down the hall my good man!" Electro Dash pointed to a room not-so-far ahead, where a group of ponies were crowdidng in. Most of them smiled when they noticed her and the few that weren't were pointing suggestivley at the colt next to her; but she just shook her head. Another colt came up to her, a teacher, and followed on the other side next to her.

She looked through her saddle bag to see if everything was there. It was. "I'm ready!" She said to Kit with a glowing smile.

Next, brushing mane. She trotted over to the mirror and looked at her reflection. "Yeah, that's probably a good idea" She thought as she begun to brush her windstruck mane. "It's probably a good idea to brush it to one side as it would compliment the dress."

 

Next and this should be the final thing, the shoes. "The dark weak pink ones would be alright but I've nothing better. They'll have to do." She delibirated in her head before checking how she looked grabbing a mini saddle bag and heading downstairs.

As they were waiting for their dinner,he figured he would try to start a conversation

"You look really beautiful tonight,the dress brings out your skin tone really well" He said with both a smile and slight blush

"Thanks. Well I didn't give myself as much time to get ready as I was so eager to see you again." She said with a smile. "To be honest, I didn't think you'd look as good as you do in casual wear as you do in a suit, but there you are looking quite dashing." She examined what he was wearing, he certainly looked presentable. And so far he shows he knows how to treat a lady. Cherry didn't think she liked this as much as she did as she had always been quite independent. Though Kit made her feel safe and this made her feel even more comfortable around him.

 

"The atmosphere's great in here, don't you think?" She asked to keep the conversation light because after all, the night had just begun.
