Honestly, why not have a Last Man Standing on some Background Characters? They could use some love and they'd provide a more robust lineup of people than just three.

 

I would suggest:

Octavia

Cheerilee

Lyra

Roseluck

 

A five pony battle would be a hard fought one, and I think there are several fans of each of these ponies on the forums.
