request In need of a good digital drawer

 I'm am in need of a pretty good drawer of the digital variety.

 

Last night I had the idea of a new sig that I'd like to make, however, the image I'd like to use I'd need to be drawn. Seeing how I'm a lowly photo-editor and in no means a digital artist, I'd like it if someone could fullfil this request.

 

   I am asking if someone here would be able to draw Me(as Lugia) and Aiden (references will be below) in a back-to-back/bros style of pose. *Can be described in more detail if needed*

Also, if you are able to include THESE around my neck you will receive the utmost of gratitude(mic doesn't have to be fully out).

 

Possible ways of how Lugia could be drawn

If you want to submit a sketch, then by all means please do so. If it is good and of good quality then maybe someone here would be able to do the line art/colouring as well. And of course, credit will be given where it is earned~
