"It wasn't your fault" She said to him, hugging him back. "I knew it wasn't really you," she didn't really want to let go but she finally broke lose and said "We should catch up to the others. It's starting to get dark."

 

She kissed Dissy softly on the cheek and turned in the direction that the others had taken.

 

 

 

 

"Isn't he just beautiful" Pinkie whispered to Twilight as she noticed the crystal effects starting to surround the Doctor. She gazed at him in awe as she trotted along beside Twilight.

Dissy blushed when Ditzy kissed him on the cheek.he turned to her,and kissed her softly on the cheek.They then turn to the direction and he says

"I know you didnt hear this often,but i love you Ditzy."He then wrapped his wing around her,and walks over in the direction

The trip from the cave to the Crystal Empire only took one hour, and to the Doctor's great relief, that hour was over and the whole group had finally arrived at one of the entrances of the tower.

 

The Doctor could hardly wait till they could find a place to rest and stay for the night. Very soon, the Doctor would finally have his moment of peace and solace that he had been waiting for so long, and not only that, he planned to spend that time with Pinkie Pie. 

 

He knew that Discord was still out there, disrupting and changing the time streams. He needed to find a way that he could face Discord and end him once and for all. However, now was not the time to worry. Right now, he needed to get Applejack healed and find the place to relax.

 

He then turned back to the group and to his surprise, they all seemed crystalline and sparkly. He then realized that he too, was crystallized. He had no idea how that was possible but he didn't seem to care about what was possible and what wasn't anymore. His mouth almost dropped open when he saw Pinkie Pie...now crystallized. 

 

She is more beautiful than any supernova I had ever witnessed...and unlike a supernova, her wonderful pink beauty would not vaporize me within a 100 light year radius.. The Doctor thought humorously to himself.

 

The Doctor then turned his attention back to the nearest entrance and knocked on the crystal doors, hoping somepony would answer. To his luck, the large crystal doors was opened by a pinkish...unicorn...with wings! The Doctor was amazed. He knew there were unicorns and pegasi around here, but he never knew that combinations of the two existed!

 

It's a pegacorn! A winged unicorn! A-an Alicorn! She must be considered royalty... The Doctor thought, amazed at the sight. He decided that the best first approach would be to bow down. So he did.

 

"You must be the Princess of this kingdom. Pardon me madam, but me and my loyal companions here are in need of a place to stay and rest. We have traveled long and far. And I have Pinkie Pie here with me, who has told me quite a lot about you." The Doctor explained, still bowed down as he turned slowly his head up to face the Alicorn.

 

((I'll take Princess Candence for now.))

 

"Oh you don't have to bow...or talk like that." The Princess said and laughed at the Doctor's odd courtesy. She gave a warm reassuring smile. "Any friend of Pinkie Pie is a friend of mine! You are more than welcomed here! My name, is Princess Cadence. And if you don't mind me asking, who am I speaking too?" Cadence asked kindly.

 

"Oh just call me Doctor!" The Doctor happily replied.

 

"Doctor...who?"

 

The Doctor began to laugh at the response. "Oh that's funny! I've been asked that question so many times! Please, just call me, Doctor."

 

Princess Cadence looked at the Doctor oddly at the first but then gave a little giggle. "Whatever you say, Doctor." As the Doctor began walking in, along with the rest of his group, she noticed Applejack lying unconsciously on his back. She was happy to see her again, but at the same time, she began to worry. To her relief, the very ponies who can answer her concern began to walk in.

"Twilight! Pinkie Pie! Oh I'm so glad to see you two again!" The Princess happily exclaimed, hugging them both tightly. "What brings you all here? Who is that...doctor? And why is Applejack unconscious?" Cadence began to asked, slightly worried and confused.

Ditzy melted against HER Doctor with a dreamy look on her face.  

 

"Oh Doctor" she said sweetly "I've always loved you" She turned and kissed him on the lips with a loud sqeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, knocking him to the ground playfully. Smiling at him she said "We should really catch up. I'm not convinced it's safe around here with Discord on the prowl." Ditzy lifted herself into the air and picked up the Doctor. He wasn't really that heavy and she'd carried him before. Heck her mail bag was often heavier! She headed off towards the group.

Pinkie Pie blushed noticing how sparkly the Doctor was... "Wow I've never seen such an amazing shade of coat. it's almost... ginger!"

 

she gazed at the crystal doctor with a dreamy look in her eyes.

"Oh just call me Doctor!" The Doctor happily replied.   "Doctor...who?"

 

"More like Doctor Whooves!" said Pinkie Pie with a giggle, then greeted Princess Cadence with a big hug! "ooooooooooooooooo I'm so glad to be back!" 

 

 

 

And why is Applejack unconscious?" Cadence began to asked, slightly worried and confused.

 

"Discord is up to his old tricks! We need to get her checked by a healer. Oh I'm so worried about her She's been out for over an hour." Pinkie said, turning to Applejack who was still laying over the Doctors back. She stroked the mane of her friend gently, gazing at her with sad eyes.

He hugged him, then whispered to the doctor..

I turn to princess Cadence.
"Hiya! You haven't met me before, but i know all about you! Anyways, My name is Richard Lawrence Eakman, But my friends call me ricky!" He smiled, and cheered up.
He then looked to his hoof, with utter shock! It has turned crystalline. He gave a face of utter shock and happiness.
"C-can you give me a minute? I-i need to sit down." He said, straggling to the nearest bench.
((Exactly what i would do if it were to happen in real life.. LOL))



Scene change, Location: Everfree forest.
Byron shook, and shuttered.
"W-where am i? W-waaaaaahh!!" He cried, Scared and alone. He walked to zecora's place, 'Maybe someone there could help?' He thought.

"Well I try to be....I try...so hard to be." The Doctor responded, half kindly and half sadly as he trotted back to the front of the group. 

 

 

"Wow I've never seen such an amazing shade of coat. it's almost... ginger!"

 

The Doctor immediately turned his attention towards the beautifully pink crystal pony. He gave perhaps the greatest smile he had ever given her. A gush of elation and amazement flowed over him.

 

"Thanks...you r-really think I'm almost...g-ginger?" The Doctor asked, unbearably happy. He managed to control and prevent himself from crying in immense joy. For the first time in his long life, he had a companion actually comment on the fact that he seemed ginger. The thought seemed very depressing and heartwarming at the same time.

 

The Doctor mentally slapped himself back to focus. 

 

 

"More like Doctor Whooves!"

 

"Doctor Whooves? Does that make me a Doctor who treats and fixes pony hooves?" The Doctor humorously responded. "If that's true then oh yes!! I like the sound of that!" He laughed as he continued on walking in the presence of Cadence and his group. 

 

Cadence continued to look at the Doctor rather oddly but smiled at the unique sense of humor he seemed to display.

 

 

"Hiya! You haven't met me before, but i know all about you! Anyways, My name is Richard Lawrence Eakman, But my friends call me ricky!"

 

"It is very nice to meet you Ricky. I'll find you and everypony else a place to stay after I sort things out here." Princess Cadence responded giving a warm smile. She gave Ricky a welcoming hug before she continued on walking.

 

She then quickly turned her attention back to the unconscious Applejack on his back.

 

 

"Discord is up to his old tricks! We need to get her checked by a healer. Oh I'm so worried about her She's been out for over an hour."

 

 

"I understand how you feel Pinkie Pie. I have known that Discord has been wreaking havoc for the past week now. It's terrible really; the Crystal Empire is one of the only places left that is unaffected and immune to his power." The Princess sadly explained.

 

"And I'm not sure if it'll work but I can try and heal her myself. My abilities are only limited to controlling emotions though...specifically feelings of love....so we'll have to see." Cadence finished expounding.

She then gave a warm heartfelt smile to the two ponies. "It really is nice to see you both...you have no idea what I've been through. But I need to know, where did you all come from? Where's Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy? And who is that..Doctor you've been following? I am so confused...what is going on?" The worried Alicorn asked pleadingly.

Applejack fell to the ground, losing the balance she had on the Doctor's back when she tried to raise her head. She quickly got up, though. "Ouch... This floor is way harder than any other floor I've seen in my life.", she said to herself. Then she took a look around. "Oh, erm... Hey there, pals. Uh, why am I in the Crystal Empire? And from where did I fell from?", she said, looking up.

The Doctor almost jumped in surprise by the sudden awakening of Applejack. He didn't expect her awakening to be so haphazard and out of nowhere.

 

"Applejack! Y-Your already awake!" The Doctor yelled in a mixture of surprise and relief. He then proceeded to assist her in standing back on her fours. "You have certainly missed out on a lot..."

 

The Princess was also feeling that same emotions as the Doctor; both surprise and relief. Nonetheless, she was happy to see her friend back awake.

 

"Oh Applejack! Thank goodness your awake!" Cadence cried in joy as she quickly began to hug her. She then turned her interrupted attention back to Pinkie Pie and Twilight.

 

"Well now that's out of the way...surprisingly" Cadence laughed. "Can you now answer to me...and Applejack, what the hay is going on?" She asked once more.

The one who calls himself Doctor, alongside the others, got us out of there," he rubs the back of his head, "I was a little out of it for most of the occurrence, so my knowledge may be rusty."

I have a theory on what's going on here." Pinkie said as she began to pace back and forth.

 

"Discord was in the crystal caverns with his own reflection all around. Do you think it's possible that he accidentally discorded himself? I know he still has color, and normal you go grey. But with Discord... anything is possible!" She concluded.

"It does seem like a good theory you have there Pinkie Pie, a brilliant one in fact! But his behavior seemed no different when he invaded my TARDIS...and he wasn't inside the caverns around that time. I'm not sure really. I'll have to sleep on this." The Doctor tried to explained.

 

"Seems like this Doctor here, has become really important to all of you. If he's decided to take the lead in solving this worldwide crisis, then he himself can share his own theories on how this can be resolved tomorrow morning. I think we can all use some rest at this point." Cadence said, now feeling weary and quite stressed by all that had been going on.

 

"I'll be glad too, as long as I can get some peace and solace for tonight. Now where do you think we could all stay at?"

 

"The Bedrooms are just a few floors above here. Allow me to escort you guys." Cadence generously responded. She then noticed two more ponies follow from way behind and gave them a simple welcoming wave.

 

The Doctor was now preparing himself for his moment of truth, now just moments away. It wouldn't easy for him to talk to Pinkie about it, but at least by the looks of it, the night was going to be long...more than enough time for the Doctor.

 

He looked over at Pinkie Pie and gave her another warm smile.

 

He decided to trot back to where Dissy and Ditzy were catching up.

"Wow everything looks so amazing" Ditzy said as she flew along towards the palace.  she landed in front of the john smith Doctor Placing Dissy carefully on the ground. However her landing didn't go quite according to plan and she thudded to the ground landing on her face.

 

Derpy picked herself and trotted forward leaving the two doctors to talk.

 

Recognizing princess Cadence as royalty, Derpy attempted to curtsy, slipping again 

 

'H-h-hi" she said nervously

'H-h-hi" she said nervously

 

"Derpy! It's so good to see you! The most adorable muffin lover!" Princess Cadence happily exclaimed as she pulled her into a tight hug. As with most ponies, she knew Derpy as the common mailmare, and she knew that she loved muffins, so in return for the deliveries she would make around the crystal empire, Cadence would reward her with a blueberry muffin.

 

"How have you been!?"

"Derpy! It's so good to see you! The most adorable muffin lover!" Princess Cadence happily exclaimed as she pulled her into a tight hug. As with most ponies, she knew Derpy as the common mailmare, and she knew that she loved muffins, so in return for the deliveries she would make around the crystal empire, Cadence would reward her with a blueberry muffin.   "How have you been!?"

 

Derpy knew better than to correct a princess. "Its just an old nic name" She whispered to Pinkie who almost opened her mouth to say something and quickly shut it.

 

"Thank you your Majesty" Derpy said taking the muffin. "I'm better than ever, except for Discord... he's been playing tricks on everypony again. he's hurt Applejack, but I'm ok now" She told Princess Cadence. She always felt just a little nervous around royal ponies. I hope I don't do something really stupid" she thought.

The princess could sense a certain chemistry Ditzy was having with the Doctor. She pondered for a little bit as to why there were two Doctor lookalikes but decided to wait on the questions till morning.

 

"You and...your Doctor have just started a relationship, is that right?" Princess Cadence asked, giving her a wink. 

 

 

 

"You look amazing!" He said, than looks to pinkie. "Omigosh omy You look so coooool!!" He said, gushing at the awesomeness of the crystal kingdom.

 

She turned to Ricky and laughed. 

 

"You don't look so bad yourself!"

"I know why!" she said trotting forward with a serious expression.  "AJ is the element of honesty! You take away honestly and then honestly? Nothing goes right any more. Lies are about the most discorded chaos anypony can get. As to why he went after Ditzy... I mean 'Derpy' well he knows she's close to the other Doctor over there... the one with the bow tie on still, and I'd say he took her as bait! but that is debatable. she added. "Get it!" she nudged Princess Cadence playfully. "De-bait-able" Pinkie fell into laughter.

Pinkie watched blinking at the disappearing pegasus.

 

"I think she's just a little shy" Pinkie said with a big cheesy grin at Princess Cadence

"Cadence, What if they were going to be used as bargaining pieces? Im trying to be logical. Surely the capturing of both of them must be a huge hint at what he was planning. We should put a stop to his plans! Pinkie, When is the next train to Ponyville?" Ricky said.

"That's terrible! Ughhh, I hate being lied too. I mean I really hate lies, more than most ponies. After witnessing my Husband being lied and tormented by Queen Chrysalis a year ago...it's just unbearable for me!" The Princess vented rather passionately.

 

"Get it!" she nudged Princess Cadence playfully. "De-bait-able" Pinkie fell into laughter.

As the Doctor waited for an answer, he saw Ditzy bolting back quickly towards them.

"Oh forgive me Dissy, but I can't talk to you with her around...it's too embarassing!" The Doctor explained nervously. He quickly trotted away to the front of the group, to where Cadence, Pinkie Pie, Ricky, and Twilight were.

 

The whole group was now only a floor away from the bedrooms. The Doctor walked quietly.

You mean you find your special somepony and your whole world changes?... is it like... discovering some part of yourself that you never knew you'd lost... and when you look at him" She said, glancing over her shoulder at the John Smith Doctor, all sparkling and crystaline,  "Is it like... losing yourself and finding yourself at the same time? and when you catch the sparkle in his eyes... is it like you've just found starlight more precious than a thousand diamonds! ....and do you find yourself lost in some time vortex where the rest of equestria just fades from view, and all that is left is... just you...and him.... bound together by ethereal cords that can never be broken...." Pinkie then snapped back to her present moment. "Of course I'm just guessing" She said nervously, fiddling with her hooves. 

 

 

 

He quickly trotted away

 

Derpy slid to a stop in front of Dissy and watched as the other Doctor trotted away.

 

@ Dissy "I hope I'm not interrupting anything important here Doctor... but I'm soooooooooooooooo nervous around the Princess... I'm scared I'm going to do something clumsy and stupid!" she decided to hide behind him.

Princess Cadence gave Pinkie Pie an understanding smile as she then gave her a gentle pat on the back. "Pinkie Pie, you weren't just guessing. You are in love! My magic can sense it. And to answer all your questions, yes! You already grown to understand it so well! Oh I am so proud of you!" The princess happily exclaimed as she gave her a hug. "Y-You have grown and matured so much since I last saw you!" 

 

Cadence thought that Pinkie Pie's view of love was so immensely touching; even almost causing her to shed a tear.

 

"Oh I wish I could tell you whether or not...your Doctor reciprocates your feelings! But for the first time, I find it impossible to read his emotions.." Cadence explained, finding difficulty in sensing the Doctor's feelings.

 

"It's like....there's so much baggage...complications with previous relationships....pain....loss....so much pain and loss." Cadence said sadly. She was now feeling a little guilty attempting to read his feelings in the first place.

"Erm... Guys? Sorry to interrupt everything that's been happening all around, but... I have to get back to my farm as soon as possible. The apples aren't gonna buck themselves, and I really need to do something urgent... Is it okay if I take the midnight train back to Ponyville? You guys don't need to come with me if you want. Actually, I insist that you stay here and rest, since you all look very tired. I can rest on the train, I guess... Nothing that a few good ol' apples can't do for ya! Haha...", said Applejack, not really stopping to take breaths.
