((OOC @, Ok that was way below the belt there Dsanders.... That Vid made me cry! Revenge is sweet... thought i'd add to the scene))

 

 

(( And now to a little useless filler girl talk scene, Skip it if you don't have time as it doesn't really add to the plot.)))

 

 Pinkie Pie looked out over the balcony. "Wow" she said. "What a view! Ditzy you have to see this!"

 

 Derpy joined her pink friend... being very careful to avoid the floor rug.. those things could be hazardous.

 

"It is amazing isn't it?" She agreed. But she really wanted to come right to the point of why she'd asked to share a room with Pinkie Pie

 

"Pinkie Pie?" Derpy said questioningly. "What is it between you and that other Doctor... I've noticed the way you look at him sometimes. I may be blonde... but I can still when somepony is attracted to somepony else. I'm not upset or anything. MY Doctor is wonderful and I've met another version of The Doctor before. It's just... there are some things you need to know if you're thinking of being his companion." She said.

 

 "His companion? what makes you think I'm thinking of anything like that?" Pinkie said defensively folding her hooves across her chest. Then changed her tone and said with interest. "What things?"

 

"I don't know if he's told you, but he's from another place called Gallifrey. And sometimes... well he has enemies that try to hurt him. Everypony thinks I'm dizzy and crazy... when it talk about it... but I've seen things you wouldn't even believe while traveling with the Doctor. It gets dangerous and.... he gets really sad. He misses all his old friends and loved ones and he never forgets. He's also going to outlive us, because he regenerates instead of dying. I think that makes him sad too because he already knows that some day he's going to lose us.

 

"I know I'm only one little pony in a poniverse so big... but for the short time that I'm with MY Doctor... I just try to make him as happy as I can, and I remind him that even though one day I will grow old and die... The happy memories that I make with him are so much more important than the sad ones. You of all ponies would be the one to make YOUR Doctor happy. and maybe some where out there in space and time... Somehow it will all merge together and the collective minds of the Doctor will find the peace that he deserves."

 

Derpy finished her little speech and sat down on the bed.

 

Pinkie gawked at the mail mare speechless.  For one of the few times in her life... Pinkie had no words to say.

 

 Pinkie thought to herself "And I thought Ditzy Doo was just a dumb clumsy blonde with bubbles in her brain.... I guess I was wrong to judge her like that"

 

Pinkie was silent for a moment before speaking  "H-how did you get so.... SMART!?" She asked.

 

"Oh I don't think I'm smart at all" Derpy answered her. "It's just that... well when people have picked on you and misjudged you so much... you tend to see a much bigger picture in life. You come out of it a much wiser pony and you are able to know what kindness and love really is, because you've seen so much of the opposite. Good night Pinkie enjoy your time with this version of The Doctor"

 

Then Derpy curled up on one of the beds.

The Doctor eventually woke up from his short depressed coma. He was still utmost sad, but at least he was done with his mental breakdown. He then remembered Pinkie Pie, and the talk he wanted to give to her. He took the controls of the TARDIS and flew it up to the balcony he told her he would meet her at.

 

The Tardis landed with a light thud and Doctor remained inside for a few more minutes, preparing the words he needed to say to Pinkie Pie. He had so much to tell her, so much to explain. Thankfully, the night was really young. The Doctor managed to pull himself together...as best as he could, and opened the doors of the TARDIS.

 

He quietly walked by the window of Pinkie Pie's and Derpy's room and knocked on the window.

 

"You still awake Pinkie Pie? There's some things I need to talk about with you..." The Doctor explained.

(( Just posting this here in case I don't have time to post this later. You can have the night scenes and when you guys want Twilight can receive the letter. Be aware that when she does it will be early morning by then ))

 

*insert rooster sound here*

 

Applejack woke up to the rooster sounds. "Well, could've had a better night, but oh well," she said while leaving her bed.

 

"OH! The thing!", she remembered. She put herself to run until she reached the spot where she put the muffin last night. To her surprise (and relief), instead of the usual pile of dirt, there was a beautiful tree, with red wood and silver leaves. Upon closer inspection, there was a single apple. It was golden.

 

Applejack swallowed dry as she carefully removed the golden apple from the tree. "I gotta warn everypony about this," she thought. "I'll have Spike send a letter to Twilight so that I can tell her about it."

 

She ran to the Tree Library, Twilight's house. *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* "SPIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE, ARE YOU THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE?", Applejack yelled. Spike opened the door, looking a bit sleepy. "Spike, there's no time to sleep. Send this letter to Twilight," she said as she handed over the letter to Spike.

I need to talk to you. And possibly everypony else. Reach me as soon as possible.

Pinkie Pie had been thinking about how she could sneak out and replace the doorbell to the castle with a sound maker that makes oink oink noises when  heard the knock on the window.

 

leaving the sound maker on the bedside table next to the sleeping Derpy she went to go open it. 

 

"Doctor!" She said happy to see him She checked the tie yep it appears to be the right one... ... and then threw her hooves around his neck in a hug.

 

 

yep, it's definately the right one!

 

Pinkie stepped out onto the balcony and closed the window.

 

"I'm glad you're safe... is Applejack ok? Did she get home? What do you think of her? Isn't she the greatest? Did you see Sweet Apple Acres? Isn't it the bestest farm ever? Oh oh did you meet Granny Smith? She's so sweet... and Big Macintosh... I think he has a thing for Fluttershy if you ask me but he'd NEVER admit it... and Applejack... well she runs the whole farm so well... She's the element of loyalty you know and one of my very best friends and..." Pinkie stopped her babbling and noticed a look on the Doctors face.

 

"Doctor? is everything ok?"

 

She waited for an answer this time.

The Doctor gladly returned the hug. He was immensely happy and relieved to see her again. And now as he knew it, the moment of solace had finally arrived. Their moment. The Doctor was going to take every advantage of this time.

 

 "I'm so glad to see you Pinkie Pie! The trip went well, despite the fact that Applejack was a slight nuisance...but aside that! I got her home easily. I didn't have enough time to see any of the farm or her family. And I kind of just wanted to leave right away..." The Doctor said, trailing off a little bit.

 

The Doctor then took a hold of her hoof as he walked her to the very front end of the balcony. "Pinkie Pie...there's a bunch that needs to be said."

 

He looked out towards the beautiful night horizon. Slightly mesmerized by the beauty of the night for a few moments before turning his attention back to the pink crystalline pony. 

 

"First off, I've been wondering....how exactly did you get here? Where did this funny, adorable pink mare come from? Where were you before this? Before meeting me... Before Ponyville..." The Doctor asked, with a curious smile.

 

"We've been together for this long...and I still don't really know you." The Doctor said, giving a little laugh on the funny realization.

"Well..." Said Pinkie Pie. "Before Ponyville, when I was just a little filly, I lived with my parents and two sisters, Inkie and Blinkie, on this rock farm. There is nothing sadder or more boring than farming rocks! Nopony smiles there... anyway one day... I saw this amazing rainbow shooting across the sky... I didn't know it at the time, but it was my friend Rainbow Dash doing her first EVER sonic Rainboom! I'd never smiled before... but I smiles so big and it felt GREAT! I wanted everypony to smile with me. And... my Cutie Mark appeared!"

 

She said indicating her balloons. 

 

"And that's when I knew my destiny was to make everypony just smile smile smile!"

The Doctor gave Pinkie Pie a warm but slightly sad smile. "I...have to disagree with you on that...sadly."

 

The Doctor listened carefully to her story of where she came from. She seemed so sweet and innocent...the Doctor couldn't help but smile, his eyes, however...were gloom.

 

"Um...what was your family like? If you don't mind me asking?" The Doctor continued to ask, curiously.

Ricky groggily woke up. The sunset last night.. Was amazing.
"Good morning me... I could go for something Cinnimonny and yummy. How about i treat them with some Cinnamon rolls, im sure they would love it." He scrambled to his hooves.

He walked over to the Mares Room, and knocked on it.
"Im gonna make Cinnamon rolls. Want some?" He asked both Pinkie and Derpy.
"Snort! Oh man.. My allergies.. I completely forgot it was spring."

"My family?" She answered. " Well they mean well. but they don't really know how to have fun. However, I love them just as they are! They do like my parties. I try to visit the and throw a party as much as I can!

 

Pinkie started having a flashback to when she told the Cutie Mark Crusaders about how she got her cutie mark

 

 

 

She snapped back to the present moment.

 

"Doctor? What's troubling you. Do you really want to know all about my boring past? There isn't a lot to tell... Ok so maybe there is a lot... but it's mostly about how I became the element of laughter, and we converted nightmare moon and defeated Discord... then we had to fight all these changelings... wow that was an adventure..." She paused... surveying him an wishing her pinkie sense would tell her something... "What is it you're needing me to say?" She asked.

 

((OOC @,  Just needed to add, it's not quite morning yet. Caramba posted in advance in case he couldn't later and his scene will happen after we do reach morning. I think Pinkie and the Doctor need to talk but I can wake Derpy up to talk to Ricky. Maybe he's bringing them an evening snack?))

"But the truth is...I'm not really a pony. I come from another universe. I'm a Gallifreyan, who has taken the form of a pony to live and thrive here. I used to physically resemble...a human...but you probably don't even know what that is. Anyways, I have lived for over 900 years...and I am tired. Not just sleepy tired...but emotionally. It is a tiredness that can never be satisfied... It's hard for me to feel this way about you...because I have already been through many past relationships...all ending...in unimaginably tragic ways...the same fate...always...it's so inevitable." The Doctor finished explaining, now with a blank and despondent expression.

"I already knew you were from Gallop-fray, you told us remember? I also know you're sad because I talked to Ditzy, and she told me about how the other Doctor gets sad all the time. And I also know why... You've lost so many people you love. But while I'm here... you can be happy just for a little while. Right? And if you ARE sad when I'm eventually gone... " Pinkie pulled some scissors out of her back pocket...amazing what she could store in there. She snipped a piece of her mane off and gave it to the Doctor. "You'll always have things to remember me by" she said, handing him the mane hair.

 

"I know just the thing you need right now" Pinkie decided.

 

Pinkie rushed into the bedroom and pulled  a Xylophone out from under the bed... it reminded her of Rainbow Dash.

 

 

and she did what she always did when people were sad... she sang.

The Doctor was immediately caught by Pinkie Pie's tremendous surprise. He flew back onto the crystal floor of the balcony, and although it slightly hurt his back, he didn't seem to care! His eyes were locked onto her's, he couldn't help but smile again...and this time a true smile, out of joy!
 

"I already knew you were from Gallop-fray, you told us remember? I also know you're sad because I talked to Ditzy, and she told me about how the other Doctor gets sad all the time. And I also know why... You've lost so many people you love. But while I'm here... you can be happy just for a little while. Right? And if you ARE sad when I'm eventually gone... The Doctor then pulled her into a passionate, heartfelt hug. He was so deeply touch that...and he knew he had to eventually...broke down into tears. "P-Pinkie Pie, thank you so much! I have...tried...I have tried so hard!! To avoid new companions, new relationships coming into my life...because I was afraid...but I-I have forgotten h-how happy they made me! How complete they m-made me! And in all my 900 years...I-I have never met anyone..who did not matter to me, including you Pinkie Pie! Right now, you mean the world to me!" The Doctor managed to say as he was pouring out all his bottled up emotions.
 
It was the best feeling that the Doctor hadn't experienced in ages. His tears eventually began to shrink and he was calming down more and more by each second spent with this mare. He then brought his eyes back to her's.
 
"You know....I just realized, there's a lot of things you need when traveling through space and time. Warp drive...wormhole refractors, but you know what I need the most? I need love...which right now...means you." The Doctor smiled.
 
The Doctor then moved closer to the mare's face. Taking a chance, the Doctor kissed Pinkie Pie on the lips.

He then went over to Ditzy's door and knocked on it,he then said

"Ditzy,you said you had so much to say to me,would you like to talk?"

(I know this might sound really stupid,but what if Ditzy used the Chamelion Arch to make herself a Time-Lord using the Doctor's DNA for Rewriting?)

The Princess smiled at him understandably. She then pulled him into a hug. "I figured. And I'm so sorry. You and your twin brother seem to share so much pain. I wish I can help...but I don't even know how I can. Look, you should get some rest. I'll see you in the morning." The Princess said as she walked away.

The Doctor then moved closer to the mare's face. Taking a chance, the Doctor kissed Pinkie Pie on the lips.

 

When the Doctor kissed her... Pinkie suddenly saw....

 

 

 

 

"Then you intend to stay? " She asked when the kiss finally ended. "I'd go with you... but I can't. I'm the element of laughter.. and i can't leave Equestia with no Pinkie Pie... Once... our cutie marks got mixed up. One of Twighlights spells went wrong... Fluttershy had my cutie mark and she couldn't make anypony laugh at all. The whole town was sad. I know I cant leave them" she said sadly "No matter how much I feel about you."

 

Pinkie looked a little sad.

 

'Unless....Well two things spring to mind. I could go back to the magic mirror pool and clone myself... just once..Or.... you could bring me back to the EXACT time I left and nopony would even know I was gone!"

 

she held him as he cried.

 

"I don't want you to be sad." she said.

Derpy answered the door.

 

"Hi Ricky" she said. "Pinkie is a ...little busy t the moment. but i'd be GLAD to make muffins... i mean... rolls with you!" she patted him on the back as he sneezed.

Derpy had just gotten back from baking... her cinnamon rolls had turned out to look suspiciously like muffins...but she hoped Ricky hadn't noticed. 

 

She was just getting into bed to finally get some sleep when...

 

 

 

He then went over to Ditzy's door and knocked on it,he then said "Ditzy,you said you had so much to say to me,would you like to talk?"

 

@@KitsuneSoul108, "Doctor!" She said, checking or the bow tie... Yes this was her Doctor.

 

"Lets go some place else" she suggested. then waited for him to lead the way. 

 

((OOC now I have to think of something for her to say LOL when she said that she meant all that was said with the discorded whooves video etc. don't worry I will think of something. Just a bit tired at the moment.))

((Here comes his true backstory..))

 

The Doctor was deeply overjoyed at the moment. During the few seconds the Doctor and Pinkie Pie shared their first kiss, he was no longer apprehensive about the future, he was no longer reminded of his past. Eventually the moment had to end and the Doctor now looked at Pinkie Pie attentively as she began to speak.

 

"Then you intend to stay? " She asked when the kiss finally ended. "I'd go with you... but I can't. I'm the element of laughter.. and i can't leave Equestia with no Pinkie Pie... The Doctor's elation and relief was then replaced with much to consider and contemplate. He had to think on his response, and he had to ponder hard. He knew how important she was to her friends, to Ponyville. And she actually had a life here, the Doctor's life had been spent all across the universe; he never really stood still and settled down. He always had this drive to explore and pursue wonders never before seen all throughout time and space. He then thought back to before he came here, just a day before he first arrived here in Equestria; he thought about how he was feeling back at that point in time.

He was alone, with just him and his TARDIS. He was feeling somewhat excited at who knows where he would end up, but then his past came to mind. The same past that always seemed to haunt him. He then tried thinking a little further back than that point; before he even entered his TARDIS.

 

He was back on Earth, and it was snowing. The year was 2005, January 1st. And he was....dying. He was struggling to walk, to walk to his TARDIS, to cherish the last breath his body will make before regeneration. He was feeling quite afraid, but then he saw a familiar face, Rose walking through the snow. He called out to her.

 

"What year is this?"

 

He remember the funny look she gave him, looking at him as though he was drunk.

 

"Um, 2005, January 1st!"

The Doctor smiled at the memory, he knew he made a good choice saying that to her.

 

Once he entered his Tardis, the Doctor's body began to glow in immense regeneration energy. He was feeling more afraid than ever, but then something happened. The glow lessened and the Doctor was suddenly finding the strength to reach his TARDIS console. He couldn't believe it; it was as if, something allowed him to live just a little longer, to perhaps explore once more. He didn't even care about where to take TARDIS at this point so he let the TARDIS decide...and Equestria was where it choose. 

 

Maybe the reason I'm here...was more than an accident caused by Discord. There's got to be more it...

The Doctor then ended his train of thoughts, which only lasted for 10 seconds, and began to answer Pinkie Pie's concerns.

 

"I don't want you to be sad." she said.

 

"Listen Pinkie Pie, I'm not sad anymore. In fact, those were my tears of joy...and hope. Taking a moment to think on my life, all I had done, all I had faced, I realized something...something amazing. The reason I'm here, the reason my TARDIS ended up here...it wasn't by chance or coincidence! It was because the TARDIS knew...I needed a final break, a final break from all this running." The Doctor explained, rather surprised at his own realization.

 

"I had a good 900 years exploring all I could possible explore, adventuring all that I could possibly venture, and meeting everyone that I have ever met! But...here in this beautiful Equestria, here with you, I already see so much fulfillment in myself that I have never seen before! I just...I just finally want the friendship that I could never keep, the love that I could never hold on to" The Doctor continued on turning his gaze towards the nightly horizon of the Crystal Empire.

 

The Doctor gave big smile and put his arm around Pinkie Pie before finally coming to a conclusion. "After this adventure...I want to become a normal pony like you, and spend the rest of my final life here."

 

 

 

((It seems that the Doctor and Dissy have opposite ideas in mind lol.))

The Doctor gave big smile and put his arm around Pinkie Pie before finally coming to a conclusion. "After this adventure...I want to become a normal pony like you, and spend the rest of my final life here."

 

"You.. You 'd die here? Is that possible?" She asked him. For some reason she couldn't think of a single funny thing to say. "I... don't really want you to die" She admitted "Not even if it's to be with me."

 

What was this Pinkie was feeling...Sadness? She should be happy! The stallion of her dreams wanted to be her special somepony and stay with her forever. But for some reason.. Pinkie couldn't feel happy at all. She gazed at him.The debts of his eyes was telling a thousand stories.

 

"You should think about this... " She said. "I couldn't live with myself if I was the reason... you gave up on who you really are"

 

"Ditzy was right" Pinkie thought sullenly. Being The Doctors companion wasn't going to be easy.

When the Doctor kissed her... Pinkie suddenly saw....

 

 

 

 

"Then you intend to stay? " She asked when the kiss finally ended. "I'd go with you... but I can't. I'm the element of laughter.. and i can't leave Equestia with no Pinkie Pie... Once... our cutie marks got mixed up. One of Twighlights spells went wrong... Fluttershy had my cutie mark and she couldn't make anypony laugh at all. The whole town was sad. I know I cant leave them" she said sadly "No matter how much I feel about you."

 

Pinkie looked a little sad.

 

'Unless....Well two things spring to mind. I could go back to the magic mirror pool and clone myself... just once..Or.... you could bring me back to the EXACT time I left and nopony would even know I was gone!"

 

she held him as he cried.

 

"I don't want you to be sad." she said.

 

 

 

 

Derpy answered the door.

 

"Hi Ricky" she said. "Pinkie is a ...little busy t the moment. but i'd be GLAD to make muffins... i mean... rolls with you!" she patted him on the back as he sneezed.

Derpy had just gotten back from baking... her cinnamon rolls had turned out to look suspiciously like muffins...but she hoped Ricky hadn't noticed. 

 

She was just getting into bed to finally get some sleep when...

 

 

 

 

@@KitsuneSoul108, "Doctor!" She said, checking or the bow tie... Yes this was her Doctor.

 

"Lets go some place else" she suggested. then waited for him to lead the way. 

 

((OOC now I have to think of something for her to say LOL when she said that she meant all that was said with the discorded whooves video etc. don't worry I will think of something. Just a bit tired at the moment.))

Dissy nodded

"Sure,how about we go over there?" He pointed to a balcony,and he kindly motioned Ditzy along.He then looked deep into ditzy's Orange eyes,and he saw his reflection in them.Lots of thoughts start racing through his mind.He then looks at Ditzy,and Kisses her before saying "So,you had something to say to me?" Dissy failed to realise cadence standing about 15 meters away from them.it looked like she wanted to say something

He then turned and smiled towards the worried pink pony, and attempted to comfort her. He put a hoof on her shoulder. "Just because I might become normal...doesn't mean the adventures have to stop. I'll still have my TARDIS. In fact...the adventures we'll have...will be cherished much more than all the ones I've had before."

 

Sleep began consuming him greatly. There was so much to look forward, so much to be prepared for. It was going to be a big day tomorrow. The Doctor lied on the crystal floor of the balcony, staring at the night sky with Pinkie Pie by his side.

 

"I'll think about it Pinkie Pie.....let's not worry about it... let's just sleep under the stars now... " The Doctor muttered as he turned to Pinkie Pie, giving her another kiss.

 

The Doctor closed his eyes, waiting for the next day to arrive.

She said nothing more to him as she settled down close beside him and fell asleep under the stars.

"Doctor..." she said. Her voice shaking slightly. "I know you were under Discords influence at the time... and that his magic caused you to do things that were opposite to the real you.  I understand that... but I just need to know something.... What happened between you and Octavia?" Her eyes seemed to fill with tears and she could barely get the words out.

OOC: Hey everypony, so I'm gonna go ahead and jump in as Rainbow Dash now. I'm gonna make her interact with the group once you guys get back to Ponyville. This post is really to just set the stage.

 

Hey Mr. and Mrs. Cake is Pinkie Pie here? Rainbow Dash wanted to check up on her energetic pink friend. After Applejack had gone missing and Twilight went to investigate, Dash made sure to meet up with her other 2 friends left in Ponyville, Fluttershy and Rarity. She hadn't seen Pinkie Pie in a while but she guessed it was just because the eccentric mare was off somewhere pranking ponies and making new friends as always.

But as the days went on, she still hadn't seen her around town. Hoping she hadn't disappeared like Applejack she went to Sugarcube Corner to ask the Cakes if they knew of her whereabouts.

 

Well come to think of it Rainbow Dash I haven't seen her around lately. She's usually here everyday helping us out but she hasn't been here recently. Mrs. Cake responded.

 

Aw buck it, thanks for the help! Dash flew away all the while thinking about Pinkie Pie's sudden disappearance. She asked a couple more ponies in town but none of them seemed to know where she was either. Ok this is just getting weird, Pinkie Pie's always prancing around town, so why hasn't anypony seen her yet? 

 

Rainbow Dash had heard from Twilight about the sudden mishap at Sweet Apple Acres and she suspected Discord was behind it. If AJ'S gone and now Pinkie Pie, he must be after the Elements, oh no I gotta warn the others!

Zecora was busy preparing some soup for her supper when she heard a knock at the door.

As Dissy began to cry, Derpys heart went out to him. "How could I not forgive you?" She said with out expecting an answer. She felt so relieved and at the same time.. sorry that she'd asked since it has caused him so much pain. She found herself crying as well. She held him close and said nothing as they both just poured out their emotions.
