@, Clover heard Red, and hastened to reassure him. "No, I don't mean Raven," she said. "These zombie ponies were something I encountered back when I was only a filly, when I got my cutie mark. Ruby used to live in a cursed town where zombie ponies appeared every day."

 

Ruby nodded. She could see that this pony was in a panic so wisely didn't mention the fact that in the time loop, she had been murdered and then reborn the next morning. It was difficult anyway for ponies to understand; she only ever spoke about it to Clover, Stargazer, Morning Glory and Lightning, who had rescued her.

"So you know about these 'shadow ponies?!'" Red shouted, "Well, how about we do something about them instead of standing there with our hooves up our asses?!"

Red rarely was this cross, but right now, panic and fear had complete control of his body, and his brain effectively lost control of his actions.

Ruby stared straight at Red. "Don't yell at me, mister," she said. "I never said that these were the same, just that they reminded me of the ones back in my old home."

 

"I don't think that we ought to be going after the shadow ponies now anyway," Clover said, hastily, not wanting a fight to break out between Red and Ruby. "I think our first priority ought to be finding Evening."
