I got one... and I find that i do better with my old fashioned methods of draw by hand, scan in, use the pen tool and using my mouse! I've used it for fine details on the hair but find that my lines are too wobbly even with the tablet. Suppose I just need practice. I'm pretty steady with a regular pencil.

Nice work.

Do you use Paint Sai? I found turning up the stabilizer helps me. You should also change the width and height to 800x500, it just feels more natural on it. I'm also quite fond of the brush tool too.

Nah, I use photoshop, but it came with adobe elements so I might have a go at using that and see how I go. I prob should watch some tutorials on it or something.

My Bamboo Touch is starting to crap out, like I have to restart my computer at least once a day because the driver has a meltdown, and I was looking at the Bamboo Create since it's a lot cheaper than like a Cintiq or Intuos.

I'm just breaking down and saving for the Intuos, but how is the pen pressure on the create?

Also nice work, sketchy and like kenniks said the shading is far more subtle than needed, but still a good start.

It looks pretty good. Though the mouth seems to be drawn from a different angle than it's seen from..

Oh I really wish I had a tablet :c
