Misery growled and stared at the mare "...your..."he starts to say but she phases through the bars and smiles with great affection towards the beaten and battered stallion,she slowly walks forward,he backs up till he hits the wall and he looks genuinely scared for his life. Aurora woke and flew to the others,his mind being bombarded with evil hisses and demonic growls.

Sparkshower arrived with Aurora. She noticed Aurora looked distracted "Don't tell that things bothering you again" they had managed to suppress The Darkness for a while but then their method had stopped working as effectively. "we'll have to start trying something else.

Sparkshower sighed "Probably has something to do with whatever Luna's trying to accomplish with this new branch. She said something about Elements of Chaos, perhaps he's in league with them or one of them," She quitly began thinking up ways to surpress The Darkness

Aurora shrugged as Darkness hissed in his mind seethingly. Misery blinked as she got closer,he was sweating "NO! don't you do it!"he growls threatningly,the mare still closing in before she finally makes contact and kisses him,Misery blinks,his cheeks red as he feels the deep,dark misery subside for a moment,she seprated her lips from his and he growled "...how dare you..."he growls,before he knew it,chains were keeping him to the wall.

As he waited Cosmo was disappointed to receive a message from Coral explaining that she couldn't leave the carnival due to a recent complication. Cosmo sighed and went to Luna, "It appears Coral won't be joining us after all..." he said as he gave her the note.

Each of you has an ability that would be usefgul in the task that ensures they do not gain control, and each of you is trusworthy enough to be endowed such a task."

Aurora blinked once and nodded,his voice almost quavering before he heard a snarl in his head,"yeah..."he murmurs and looks at the Princess and he blinks again,he heard the voice in his head,The Darkness,growl '...I hope...you know...I am NOT...going to let you do this without ME!!!'it roars in his head,Aurora looking confused before he physically takes a step back. Misery growled an pushed the mare away,she smiled kindly,he growled "GET THE FRICK OUT!!!"he roars in her face,she still smiled as her head tilted slightly,the mare then dissapears,Misery glaring at the ground "...damnit..."he whispers under his breath.

" I see..." Cosmo muttered to Fade who nodded with a similar reaction. Cosmo thought about his skill but almost instantly came to unsettling answers. "My skills are telekinesis and swordplay... Am I some kind of backup plan for some pony losing it?!" Fade said nothing which confirmed his thoughts.

Luna looked towards Cosmo "you underestimate yourself cosmo as my apprentice of course I would include you in the most important branch of my night guard, plus you already control the power of a constellation, also do not think that I cannot use the mind reading spell" she turned to the rest of them "each unicorn will learn to harness the power of a constellation, each earth pony or pegasus will be partnenred to a unicron and willl be taught to use the magic that resides inside everypony"

Aurora looked to Sparkshower and slowly took a step closer and whispered softly into her ear "Sparks...Darkness is making me scared now...he won't shut up and...he keeps yelling..."he whispers softly,closing his eyes as his body shakes slightly,he was truly scared of the evil entity within him...

Sparks nodded her head and sent a silencing spell on the darkness that would last a couple of hours, she could only use this once a week or it could damage aurora "Does that help?" she whisperes

 

Luna continues "The elements of chaos , instead of finding qualities in a pony like the elements of harmony they create the qualities, often creating a whole other personality, As nightmare moon was to me."

Aurora sighs softly and nods,smiling at his marefriend "thanks you Sparkshower."he whispers softly,sneaking in a quick kiss on the cheek and nuzzle before listening to Luna again,he had expirence with the elements of Chaos...since he was harboring one himself...plus Misery...

Sparkshower giggled "stop it" she said 

Luna smiled slightly and continued "Now most of you may wonder what I mean by power of a constelation,when stars are arranged in images it creates a certain energy, each allignment creates a different sort of energy, enhancing certain powers, and enabling them toachheive maximum strength sort of like a space engine"

Cosmo nodded, thinking, "Libra, the balanced scales... My balance is my mind and body, my magic and my sword. Whatever my role I will strive to fulfill it, and I haven't failed yet." Cosmo felt much calmer and continued listening to Luna's speech, eager and ready for his new role.

Aurora blinked and smiled slightly as he looked up at Luna,he didnt know what constellation he could be,I mean,he is just some mystic Pegasus...really,all he really does is fly faster than light itself,have extremely keen eyes,can break walls with his magic,and harbor the most dangerous and powerful Element of Chaos ever...since it even took Luna...

  Waterfall sat in the corner where people could hardly tell that she was here. I think it's cool that the constellations' can do that. That they can enhance my power with water. That would be really remarkable that the constellations could do that at all. She began to think about all the possibilities.

Aurora looked over to the corner at Waterfall and blinked,he smiled kindly before he looked back and yawned softly,shaking his head in tiredness,he was so exhausted now,fighting against the darkness within him,battling anger,then almost having killed his friend...

Luna began pacing again "Over these next few weeks, you will be trained to harness the powers of these constellations, you will also be trained in the highest level of defensive magic, most of you already know hoof to hoof combat so very little time will be spent on that, but be prepared, the magic you will learn will not be easy."

Aurora stared up at Luna and heard a soft mumble of hatred in his head 'that stupid cur...I hope she rots in the nether for what she has done to me...I had her in MY CONTROL...now all I have is this...this pegasus...USELESS!!!' The darkness screams in his head,Aurora looking down and almost replying in defense of his princess.

Spakshower whispered under her breath "damn" she knew the look on aurora's face the darkness was speaking again. She hated that she couldn't silence him more than once a week. she used a mind message to speak in aurora's mind, she had been practicing the spell.

he looks over at Sparkshower and sighs softly before looking back up at the Princess,Darkness growling and cursing and spitting bad things towards her,he felt like going inside his mind and completely destroying the mean little creep that pestered him and tortured him,the little parasite!

Sparkshower sighed and sat for a moment thinking for a way to reply. Aurora had had the darkness for over a year now, but it stilll bothered him, She geussed thats just what happens when the voive inside your head is constantly speaking nothing but pure evil.

Aurora tried to listen to Luna but he couldnt hold it back anymore and he burst out loudly "SHUT UP!!" he yelled out,everything silent now,so his voice echoed out through the long cold stone walls around the ponies and Princess Luna herself,he was breathing heavily as he was staring at the ground with a glare.

Sparkshower sat there worried, but said noting , she knew better than to say anything at a time like this.

Luna quickly regained her composure and shook her head and said to the gaurd who were advancing towards aurora "Leave him be he was not speaking to me." she walked over to aurora's side Luna, unlike spartkshower had a spel that could last for day's silencing the darkness. She quickly performed the spell and sat ack waiting to see if it worked
