Dawnshine Wonder 2,675 June 26 Share June 26 Took a nap, after feeding geese and ducks seeds with my Carer and another person with us this afternoon. After about an hour therapy session on the 26th of June during late morning, we went to feed geese and ducks and then had a drink at a cafe. Before coming home, I crashed out on my bed after a cup of tea. Cannot say the day was boring, however tiring it definitely was as I had only had 5 hours sleep from the night before, my short term prescription of diazepam ran out so that contributed to that. But seeing as the therapy sessions will be ongoing, and I will be talking to a GP not only a therapist again, I could probably request a longer term prescription.
