First I took the old gate down and disassembled it, then we pulled out the old pillars, dug new holes and put the pillars in there and leveled them. Then I made cement mortar and we poured it into the pillars. Then we put up the gate and poured cement mortar into it. It took the whole day. From 8 am to 6 pm.
