Sergios117 192 July 25, 2013 Share July 25, 2013 The points you have explained are such as the 'human' side of Equestria, and although it may not seem like the perfect place, it is still a very happy place. Life can be a happy place too, all we have to do is stop being so pessimistic about it and take what we hate and seek to correct it. Misanthropes can end up being humanity's saviors if they take action to correct what they hate rather than moaning. Besides, if human= bad to you, than there are plenty of 'pony' humans too. We've somehow decided to focus on the 1% of humans that seek to make our lives miserable. "People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do." Wonderbolt_Spitfire 235 July 25, 2013 Share July 25, 2013 I would trade places without a doubt. I would like to see what life would be like in a semi Eutopian society and what better place than Ponyville where everyone wants to be your friend. 1 Sig made by me. Surprisingly it came out somewhat decent.
Lionheart27 33 July 25, 2013 Share July 25, 2013 I wouldn't trade my human life for anything. While I do enjoy the show, there are simply too many good things here to willingly give up. I will say, however, that Equestria is a welcome escape from some of the harsher realities of life here. 1 Detroit Tigers- Back to Back AL Central Champs When in doubt, post ponies! Remi 1,309 July 25, 2013 Share July 25, 2013 @@Sergios117I do concur that life could be a very happy and enjoyable place, however, we humans have polluted the Earth, murdered those of our own kind, and killed other animals out of recreation.Human does not mean 'bad' to me, it simply means imperfect. We are Human, After All. . eris . 1,661 July 25, 2013 Share July 25, 2013 That's difficult to say. At times I'd like to say yes, since what humanity has proven itself capable of constantly hurts me. Sometimes I get feeling pretty down about myself and wonder why I believe the things I do, since there's obviously so much destruction and hate in the world, there doesn't seem much point to cling to ideals. Sometimes I hide in trees and in corners of the college and feel sorry for myself, because someone's ignoring me, or I said something I shouldn't have. At those times, I'd love to go to Equestria. But I would miss my family. My friends. I would have small, brightly colored ponies for company, but no family. No neighbors. No other humans of my kind. It may be more peaceful in Equestria, but I wouldn't give up my family and this battered, infected, imperfect world for anything. The_Dark_Jinx 3 July 25, 2013 Share July 25, 2013 Well, if you're on this site your answer would probably be yes right? I know I would definitely go, I would love to cast spells and do magic as a unicorn, or fly as a pegasus, or have the strength of an earth pony! If I could bring my 2 best friends along, I know it would be awesome! I would love to help Rarity with her fashion designs, or learn magick with Twilight, or throw parties with Pinkie! Not to mention find my special talent! All that said though, we would all probably miss the Internet, and cars/transportation, democracy andother things like bacon and steak. Weighing the pros and cons though... I could live!
