Bavik Stronghold

"Sir, They just reached the camp and completely destroyed it. They were able to kill a few ponies but most of them got away." Gavin said.

"Excellent." Replied Jason Lark. "Did they manage to retrieve the dragon weapon?" Jason Lark added.

"No sir. They were too busy chasing the group that got away. must of slipped their minds." Gavin said.

"I DO NOT WANT SCREW UPS!" Jason Lark yelled at Gavin.

Jason Lark stepped off his thrown.

"You and I both know that there are more Forts. and the City of Scipio. But! If we do not control this group of ponies by sunrise tomorrow. It will be hell to pay." Jason Lark added.

"Sir, If you don't mind me asking why do we need this ponies dead? it's ju-"

"THEY know too much! if one of their members know about the Storm. Our plans won't succeed." Jason Lark remarked.

"I used the Device to destroy Equestria. Yet it has built it's self back up more." Jason Lark added.

Jason walked over to a nearby window. He glanced at the Bavik Stronghold. He continued

"If you do not control one branch. you will never control more then what you have." He finished.

 

Gavin seemed distressed.

"But what if I don't want to do this anymore!" Gavin proclaimed.

"Then you'll be executed." Jason Lark replied.

"Do my bidding. get paid. and you will be rewarded in the end." Jason Lark added.

"Francis listened perfectly. Why can't you?" Jason Lark questioned.

 

"Because what we're doing is wrong!" Gavin stated.

"THEN why did you join my plan?" Jason Lark snared.

"What was your reason?" Jason Lark added. "Was there even a reason?"

 

"I didn't think it would be this way!" Gavin responded.

"You are either with me, or against me. Which is it Gavin?" Jason Lark asked.

"Against you!" Gavin said then rushing towards Jason Lark.

Jason Lark dodged his swing then kicked him in the jaw. Gavin fell down and hit the ground hard. Two guards came over and put cuffs on him and lifted him to his knees. Then one of the Guards kicked him in the gut.

 

"Oogph!" Gavin spouted.

"You filth!" Gavin screamed.

 

Jason Lark bent down to Gavin's level. and looked into his eyes.

"There's something you will have to know sooner or later Gavin." Jason Lark said mockingly.

Gavin didn't respond. But Gavin bared a huge angry look on his face.

"You have lost!" Jason Lark said then cut his throat.

 

Jason Lark stood back up and looked at the dying Gavin. Then he looked at the Guards.

"Put him with the other garbage will you?" Jason Lark told the Guards.

"It will be done...My' Lord." The Guard said.

 

Jason Lark walked over and looked out the window.

[ Meanwhile ]

 

Spikes eye's started to open. He was bleeding intensely. He looked around to see the whole camp destroyed and set ablaze. All his precious work destroyed. He bared a tear that came from his eye. He noticed all the dead ponies that were around the camp. He tried to yell for help. But couldn't. He was dying and he knew it. He closed his eyes crying then thought to himself. Why...

 

Spike stopped moving and the life left his body.

 

Sweetie Belle awoke. her eyes opened. She was hurt really bad. and bleeding out. She started to cry. and it wasn't long till her eyes closed too.

 

The fire was still going but it was very faint. The sound of life no longer existed in the Camp only death and ash. The tents were still on fire. nothing could be saved. Weapons lied on the ground. The log that Spike was sitting on rested next to it. Was his Rifle. and 200 Gems laid beside it in a bag.

"Are you sure you would want to do that?" Arrow conjured an arrow onto the string and pulled it half way. "You would have to be foalish to go up against a unicorn that can turn you into 'swiss cheese'" Arriw countered with his bow aiming down but at the ready position.

Arrow smirks. "Yes ma'am!" He said and gently released the string from the half way point. "Maybe next time he'll learn that words don't mean crap and not take a life because of it. It really makes me wonder who's the real phsyco here, the one who wants blood? Or the one who doesn't want other ponies giving out nicknames." Arrow ended.

"Sure, i'll just put my gun away, and not point it at you, Arrow. It was on safe anyway." He pulled out a packet of gum and asked: "anyone want a piece of bubblegum?" He waved the package in front of Arrow and Charcoal and took one out for himself, and started chewing it.

"I'll pass." Arrow said and kept walking. About half a mile from the group of ponies camp, he looks to his left and stops dead in his tracks and stares at two graves with a cross between them next to a walking path. He approaches the two graves and sits infront of them. "Hey mom... Hey dad..." He trails off.

Rock put his hoof to head and then brought it back down. It was covered in blood. As the others were running, he tried to signal for them to slow down slightly. He felt the wound again. Not to deep. He must of got from falling over during the ambush.

 

"Damn" He flinched "I feel little woozy" 

 

He didn't know if it was blood loss or the injury itself, but he found it hard to keep track of current events. He caught up with the main group.

 

"Can some pony inform about what the heck happened back there? Just to make sure I'm on the same page as them"

"I'll be fine Thunder I'm not a little filly, I can take care of myself you know." Walking faster to keep ahead of Thunder she adds. "And what the heck are "unicorn-eyes"? Is that something special that unicorns have?"

"W-what?!?!" Taken by surprise Charcoal stumbles and trips the box rolling out from on top of her. *oof* "F@#k!" Getting back on her hooves Charcoal picks the box back up and continues walking. "What is wrong with that stallion? Why does he continue to do this to me?"

Thunder goes into his tent, empty. Then he goes to Charcoals tent, the armour was still lying there in front of it. "the ponies who did this were certainly not looking for loot." Thunder looked at one of the burning tents. "$#!t, there's a skeleton inside." He looked closer at the burned skeleton, only to find out he had no idea who it was.

Limping her the rest of the way to camp Charcoal sets the box down on the ground and sits down for a moment, catching her breath. "Whew, made it. That was exhausting." Looking over she saw Thunder looking inside of her tent, or at least what was left of it. Limping over to it she takes a peak inside. "What are you looking at- oh... that's what." "Oh, haha, very funny. That skeleton was not there when we left." Limping over she sits down next to Thunder. "Yeah, lets see what I lugged all the way here. It had better be freaking worth it. But at least on the bright side we now have less ponies to feed."
