Charcoal had expected Thunder to reject him. He had expected to be yelled at, being told to go away and not come back. What he hadn't expected was to be hugged. "I... I... You aren't mad at me?" Charcoal was stunned to say the least. Had Thunder really forgiven him?

Charcoal picks up the letter and opens opens it up. "It looks like it is from... the princesses!" Reading the letter out loud it said.

It is saddening to hear about Charcoals incident, but unfortunately we are unable to fit his/her problem at the moment. We lack what we need to properly execute the spell needed to change him/her back to normal. We will inform you when we come across what we need at our earliest convince.

Charcoal just sits there on the couch, thinking for a minute. "I guess that tells me something. Though I still don't quite understand why I was arested, the police would only tell me that I was drunk and nothing more. I guess that doesn't really mater, as long as I didn't do anything to piss off anypony then I guess-" *Knock knock knock* Somepony had knocked on the door cutting Charcoal off. Charcoal walked to the door and opened it up revealing a dark brown earth pony.

"Are you the one called Charcoal Embers?" The earth pony asked.

 

"Um yes I am. Is there something I can help you wi-" Cutting him off the earth pony punched him straight in the face, knocking Charcoal to the ground.

 

"That is what you get for what you did to me." The earth pony walked off, leaving Charcoal.

Eating all of the food I had prepared, broke our table, and even pissing on our floor." He looked straight into Thunders angery eyes. "Happy now? Now I want you to answer my question, why did you call that stallion a her?"

After Charcoal had been punched and Thunder had gone out to "take care" of the earth pony stallion he had gone back inside and gotten an icepack for his face. Only having just sat down Charcoal hears a knock at the door. Getting up, still with the icepack, he goes and opens the door. Since it was Thunder he goes back and sits on the couch, not saying a word because of his face.
